Résumé :	This research deals with the difficulties of translation of Biological terms from English into French and from French into English. The main purpose from this study is to know what are the causes and the factors which provide these difficulties that Scientific/Biological students face. This research aims at highlighting the mistakes done by master one students of Biology Department during the translation. In order to find out the results of this study, two tools are used: a questionnaire and a test. After the analysis of the findings, it has been discovered that these students face a difficulty in the translation of a Biological text from one language to another, and each one of them tries to find the most convenient method for him to use in order to find a solution for this obstacle, also they have different choices of the appropriate technique to translate the text correctly. At the end of this research, a number of recommendations are suggested to the teachers and the students of the Department of Biology to follow in order to resolve the problems of scientific translation.
