Résumé :	In this research I present the most helpful materials to students in the field of foreign languages of Third year students of University Frere Mentouri Constantine 01. The study aims at exploring the effectiveness of using audio – visual aids to improve the speaking in teaching English as foreign language .In addition, show the importance of using audio –visual aids with E F L learners. I have conduct two questionnaires for both teachers and students to check the validity of the hypothesis “If teachers support the learning process by audio – visual tools, their students speaking skill will be effectively enhanced”. The questionnaires were designed, one questionnaire for a samples 30 of third year students and questionnaire for 12 teachers of oral Expression of English department at University of Frere Mentouri Constantine 01 . The finding of these questionnaires will be analysed to clarify to which extent their responses serves the hypothesis
