Résumé : |
The present study aims at investigating hybrid learning of written expression during the
Covid-19 pandemic. Since the world is in the time of Covid-19 that led to the application of
the hybrid learning, the main concern of this study is to explore its effects on the learning
experiences of students, and to determine whether hybrid learning was effective. The sudden
change of the learning setting and methodology made students feel lost. Therefore; the
hypothesis assumed in this research is to test whether hybrid learning of written expression is
successful and effective. In an attempt to do so, two research tools were used in this study in
order to collect the required data; a questionnaire was administered to 30 Second Year
students at the University of Frères Mentouri, Constantine 1, and an analysis of the lessons
that were sent online. The data obtained indicate that most of students face various problems
when it comes to hybrid learning of written expression, including problems of the internet and
not knowing how to use it accurately, and the fact that written expression is a module that is
preferably taught face to face and it needs a lot of practice and constant feedback that students
did not receive due to the application of the hybrid model. |
