The foremost target behind this research is to investigate the role of classroom
interaction in enhancing EFL students' speaking skill. It has been hypothesized that rising EFL
learners' degree of interaction by Oral Expression teachers will improve their speaking skill.
To evaluate the validity of this hypothesis, two questionnaires were administered to thirty-one
(31) students of second- year LMD and ten (10) Oral Expression teachers in The University of
Mentouri during the Academic year 2018-2019, to get information about the effect of
classroom interaction on developing the speaking skill. There were sufficient findings, which
reveal learners' and teachers' acknowledge the importance of classroom interaction as an
effective pedagogical technique to enhance learners’ speaking skill. |
