It attempts to examine how Morrisonemploys childhood trauma and how trauma affected and fragmented the characters. Through this study we can understand that trauma destroys’s the emotional and the physical psychology of children and when they didn’t face the pain of their past, they will bleed all over their present and future, we can understand that Morrison wants people to react and to show the reader the consequences that trauma has in children’s lives.
