Niven are two well-known novels from two different periods of history, both dealing with
mental health issues. The primary aim of this research is to dive into these stories in order to
examine the situation of both males and females in a Victorian society compared with a
contemporary one. In addition, the structural approach is used to analyse the general
description of the main characters’ conflicts and setting. The psychological approach is also
used to analyse the disorders experienced by the characters. By the end of this research, a
comparative study is held in which all the common points between the two stories concerning
the main characters’ mental health is analysed.Diplome : Master 2 Permalink : https://bu.umc.edu.dz/master/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=15249 Mental Health in Virginia Woolf’s Mrs Dalloway and Jennifer Niven’s All the Bright Places [texte imprimé] / Nedjma Betatache, Auteur ; Amira Halim, Directeur de thèse . - CONSTANTINE [ALGERIE] : Université Frères Mentouri Constantine, 2021 . - 57 f. ; 30 cm.
