Résumé : |
This study deals with the conduct of the U.S. public diplomacy in Algeria. It takes into account two important aspects; first, it considers the dynamism that characterized the U.S. public diplomacy in Algeria as part of the unprecedented bilateral relations between the U.S. and Algeria. This view stresses the importance of the economic and security rapprochement between the two countries in facilitating and enhancing the U.S. public diplomacy in Algeria. In a second level, the study expands and clarifies that the active U.S. public diplomacy in Algeria is related to a global change in the U.S. foreign policy, in which the administration of Barack Obama tends to reinforce soft power in conducting international relations. |
