Résumé :	The focus of this research, a total of three chapters, is in the field of exploring the relation between learning styles and classroom activities that can serve as a useful way to motivate students to perform well in the learning process. This study is crucial in order to enhance the students' awareness of the importance of learning styles, in particular the three known; visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. The method adopted in this dissertation includes two questionnaires administered to both teachers and third-year L.M.D students, at the Department of Foreign Languages at the University of Constantine 1. The findings from this research provide evidence that the majority of students are not aware of the knowledge of learning styles and teachers do not use a variety of classroom activities although they promote the students' awareness about their own learning styles. Therefore, the main conclusions drawn from this study are that practice is very important and awareness improves learners’ level. Through this dissertation, we recommend that the teachers use various activities in order to incorporate all the styles
