Résumé :	Thatcherism is a term used to illustrate the political, social and economic policies of Margaret Thatcher, who was the first woman Prime Minister in Great Britain. Because of her distinctive way of leading, she had faced harsh criticism. Thus, it is quite interesting to see that the British people openly criticized Mrs Thatcher’s style of leadership. The reason for this criticism is Thatcher’s social injustice. Therefore, this work estimates the impact of Thatcherism Doctrine on the British society and shows to which extent the British people welcomed the Prime Minister Thatcher, and the adoptation of her thoughts, principles, values and life style. In fact, as an ideology, Thatcherism led to a deep social gap which was created by Thatcher government and led to other completely different visions.
