Résumé :	This work is aimed to investigate the relationship between the British imperialism and the out break of the First World War. Through out this study, we are going to shade light on the power that Britain gained from her large Empire, and how this very power led her to war by 1914. This dissertation is focusing on the Great British Empire in the lat 19th century and the early 20th century, and how Germany became a threat after her economical growth and military development. This work contain an over view on the British Empire before 1914, and how were her relations with her colonies. July Crises and the out break of the war were also parts of this dissertation. The research is discussing the British declaration of war on Germany, and investigates reasons that led to the British involvement on First World War by 1914.
