It is an attempt to account for the translational strategies used in the translation of the English book “Stop Worrying and Start living” by Carnegie into Arabic " دع القلق و ابدأ الحياة " by El Ziadi. The study explores the two areas: the good choice of the translation methods used in the translation and translator‟s faithfulness to the original English book. In addition to that, the choice of the topic has been based on the fact that it had a great influence on the Arab readers. This descriptive comparative study has been carried out to investigate the way El Ziadi managed to translate cultural differences, ideas, customs, and traditions of the source book into Arabic. “Stop Worrying and Start Living” is an English book which contains solutions to worrying problems and its Arabic translation constitutes the data of research. These data have been analyzed in the form of a descriptive comparison between the original and the translated titles, names, sentences…etc. In his version, the translator used different strategies and methods in the translation and was successful in translating the massage of the English book faithfully to the Arab reader.
