This research is divided into two parts, the first part is about the 1920s period, and the second is about the beginning of the 1930s. This dissertation is a descriptive and analytical one. The first chapter tries to present the different causes that contributed to the British decline. Going beyond the 20s, the last chapter of the work speaks about the Great Depression and the problem of unemployment. This work ends with highlighting the bad decisions that the government did during the 20s and early 30s that worsened the economic fall, and their impact on people’s lives.
