In order to prevent the process performance loss, it is to set up a maintenance management system able to increase the equipment availability, and to guarantee the workstation performance. This search led to several interesting contributions in the field of maintenance, and introduced a new vision which makes it possible to contribute to competitiveness companies independently of their size. The work has began by the study of the various factors which act on the performance operational of the industrial machines that is the methods or tools, then the three approaches of the maintenance management methods were applied. The optimization of maintenance by the AMDEC is an approach which enables us to classify the causes according to effects' which they generate and to deduce the actions priorities to be carried out.
The RBM (reliability-based maintenance) is a genuine design tool of the preventive maintenance, having for goal the reliability and the security of the production means taking into account the economic aspects.
La TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) it is an improvement approach of the total productivity of the of production system by a better implication of all the company personnel in the function maintenance.
The performance indicators constitute privileged representations for the decisionmaking by anticipation.
The main indicator of the TPM is the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) which integrates several factors indicating the total equipment operation, has led to determine the efficiency of a production means.

العطبIndex. décimale : 620 Génie Mécanique Résumé : The Bayesian approach is a statistical method; it allows trend studies on the behavior of materials between periods or after a break in the life of these materials. It naturally includes consideration of information partially uncertain for support in modeling problem.
The method is therefore particularly suited to the analysis of systems having mechanical and electronic complexity. The Bayesian techniques are used to reduce the size of estimation trials, improve the estimation of the parameters of product reliability by integrating the past (data available on the product concerned) and treat the case "zero" failure observed difficult to treat with conventional statistical approach. The work is based on the analysis and the choice of a prior distribution system or entity to define, without testing accelerated or aggravated behavior posteriori by calculating the probability density.
The reliability tests are very expensive and very long especially if the components have a high reliability. The present research work is dedicated to the study of the phenomenon of fatigue damage of the bogie of the railcar, following the premature appearance of cracks in the axis of the axle. The Ansys software is used for modeling the digital model which is based on the finite element method. The predictive model obtained made it possible to highlight, under different cyclic loadings, the factors influencing the propagation of cracks and their impacts on the lifetime of the system.
