motor (VRM) adapted to the process of optimizing its performance we have developed and
tested. Knowing that the performance of VRM depends as well on the geometric structure, the
nonlinear characteristics of the materials used and the converter control parameters, we
therefore paid particular attention to the associated mathematical model, based on an
analytical approach taking into account the peculiarity of the VRM run in saturated state.
Despite the accuracy of numerical approaches such as finite element method,
researchers are moving increasingly towards hybrid methods combining their analytical
models as better suited to an optimization process; this is the approach we have adopted here.
Thus we have oriented our work towards finding hybrid models (analytical- numerical)
sufficiently accurate while being rapid execution. The validation of these models was made
by comparing the results obtained and the numerical simulations by finite elements in Flux-
2D.
Validation and exploitation of results of different simulations allowed the continuation
of work to optimize the geometric parameters for stator and rotor teeth of the studied
prototype. After state of the art different algorithms of optimizations present in the literature,
our choice fell on Genetic Algorithms and Swarm particles. The various simulations in
MATLAB environment allowed get optimized dental angles and significantly improve the
average couple.

Indeed, a new technique of approximation has been proposed in this direction, using the DE (differential evolution) technique while showing its advantage compared to other famous techniques such as those developed by Charef or Oustaloup.
Fractional adaptive control laws with optimized parameters are developed in order to improve the control system behavior: In the case of fractional order linear systems, a model reference PID control based on a new optimization algorithm (Moth-Flame) has been proposed. In the case of fractional order chaotic nonlinear systems, the following approaches are considered: a first control with adaptive sliding mode to improve performance and robustness. Since fuzzy systems are universal approximators, this property is exploited to strengthen the previous control law by an
adaptive fuzzy controller. For an optimal control, the parameters of the sliding controller are calculated by PSO optimization technique. In all the previous cases, the analysis of stability and robustness are justified by the Lyapunov approach. The theoretical results are validated by simulation examples.

Biologie Résumé : The general purpose of this study is to search for performing yeasts in the production of thermostable polygalacturonase for possible industrial applications. A total of 20 strains, belonging to the yeast biodiversity of palm and steppe soils in the region of ElM’gheir (Province of El-Oued in the south-east of Algeria), were isolated. Conventional methods coupled with molecular biology (sequencing of the D1/D2 region of the gene
encoding 26S rRNA and ITS) identified five different species: Clavispora lusitaniae, Cryptococcus magnus, Meyerozyma guilliermondii, Aureobasidium pullulan sand Yarrowia lipolytica. The agar plate testing method allowed the isolation of a single pectinolytic strain:
Aureobasidium pullulans (S6). In order to reduce the cost of the polygalacturonase production, tomato pomace was used.
This substrate was targeted by its richness in soluble carbohydrates (20.25%), in mineral matter (5.83%) and in proteins (18.31%). The study showed that the selected yeast Aureobasidium pullulans gives a better production of enzyme with a concentration of 4% in tomato pomace. The inducing substrate is lactose 1% causing an enzyme increase of 642%.Optimization of the medium components was achieved with the aid of response surface methodology. The composition of the optimized medium was as follows: pH 5.16, lactose 1.84 g/L and CaCl2 0.089 g/L. Practical validation of the optimum medium provided polygalacturonase activity of 22.05 U/ml, which was 5-fold higher than in unoptimized conditions. Batch cultivation in a 20 l bioreactor, the maximum production of the PGase was
obtained within 32 of culture corresponding to a maximum of the yeast growth. The mechanism of the enzyme production is therefore of associated type. The chromatographic profile on a Sephacryl S-200 revealed two pectinolytic activities confirmed by the elution of two peaks on DEAE-Sepharose, it is therfore two isoenzymes: the PG1 and the PG2. After these steps, the two forms of isoenzymes were purified respectively with purification rates of
161.1 and 153.4 and yields of 27.39% and 26.45%. The PG1 and PG2 were glycoproteins.
The molecular mass determined with SDS-PAGE was estimated as 113.79 KDa for the PG1 and 71.44 KDa for the PG2. The thin layer chromatography revealed enzymes that hydrolyse polygalacturonic acid to monogalacturonic acid, which shows that the enzymes are exopolygalacturonases (E.C 3.2.1.67). These two isoenzymes have different electrical charges and molecular weights with optimum pH of 10 and 5 for the PG1 and PG2 respectively. The PG1 has a good stability in the pH zone of 7-11 whereas the PG2 is stable in another pH zone varying from 4 to 9 with thermostabilities of 5 h at 60°C. At 80°C and 90°C, the PG1 retains 76.6% and 70% of its activity respectively. As for the PG2, it maintains 88.58% of its activity at 80°C, 70% at 90°C after a 5 h heat treatment. From the point of view of application, the two purified exo-PGases were able to improve the clarification of lemon juice. In view of
these physicochemical properties and the thermostability, the two purified exo-PGases PG1 and PG2 could be applied industrially for the clarification of lemon juice or other industries:

The objective of our work is to perform an optimization study of fracture and damage of sandwich beams with composite laminated coating oriented at [+θ°/-θ°]3s , [+45°/-45°]3s and [0°/90°]3s loaded in three points bending. This task was carried out by means of stochastic methods such as genetic algorithms for locating the optimum of a
function in the space of parameters valorised. The overall law behavior of sandwich structure into two failure modes of face yielding and face wrinkling is determined by the use of mathematical approaches based on the formulation of the equilibrium equations and laminated
structures theory taking into account transverse shear stresses and sandwish beams theory. Stresses in each component layer coatings, upper and lower, are calculated in accordance with maximum stress criterion. The changing of the material coating nature and research of the orientation effect of the fiber reinforcement and transverse shear stresses are used to determine the performance of the sandwich structure into two failure modes of face yielding and face wrinkling. In order to increase the performance of sandwich beams, in three points ending, an optimization program based on the principles of genetic algorithms has been developed to maximize the tensile strength in the two ailure modes of face yielding and face wrinkling, depending on the orientation of plies : 0°, + 45°, - 45 ° and 90°. The equations used to evaluate
the individuals in population results from the classical laminate theory with discrete variables.
Operators of genetic algorithms (selection, crossover and mutation) are applied to the children of a hundred generations. To achieve optimal solutions, the result appeared effective despite all the non deterministic nature of genetic algorithms. But, to achieve maximum effectiveness, it is important to choose smartly the parameters of genetic algorithms depending on the nature of the problem studied and the mechanical characteristics of the function to be optimized.Diplôme : Doctorat en sciences En ligne : ../theses/gmecanique/BOU6330.pdf Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://bu.umc.edu.dz/md/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=6300 Optimisation de la rupture et de l’endommagement de differents materiaux sandwichs [texte imprimé] / Fairouz Bourouis, Auteur ; F. The Rice- Field Bean formula improved by the White of eggs and in comparison with witness hard wheat, has been optimized by Surface Methodology Answers (MSR) to manufacture some pancakes without gluten. A physico-chemical of raw materials concerned the size of particuls, the humidity, the total ashes, the total proteins, the free lipids and the total glucides. At the end of the tests of cooking, the specific volume (g/cm3) and the number of
alvéoles/cm2 is measured. After optimization, points of verification are designated as well as the properties of out-flow are carried out. The sensory profile of the pancakes without gluten with and without sauce in comparison with witness wheat is established.
The broyats of Field Bean, rice and hard wheat belongs majority to the interval [ 250 -500[µm. The Field Bean is the ingredient richest in proteins with 25% ± 0,32%. Her presence in the FRF seems to bring an overcharge of the contribution on protein. The content in middle water of the used white is de 87,41 ± 0,07%. The Methodology of the Answer Surfaces (MSR) permitted with success the optimization of the pancakes without gluten improved by the
white of eggs of the Rice- Field bean formula while giving the nearest results to the hard wheat witness. Optimization permitted to delimit the following optimal zone: - Hydration: [233,45- 293,60]%; - White of eggs: [36,04-50]%. The pancakes without gluten of the couple (hydration, White of eggs): (288,88, 50)% of the optimal zone are those that present the nearest technological features of the witness wheat as while remaining meaningfully lower. The indications of red, of yellow and clarity of the optimal pancakes without gluten are pronounced more that those of witness wheat. The most solid of the liquid doughs without gluten are those
that belong at the domain out optimal zone (k = 2,86 ± 1,16 Pa.ses) consistent by those exits of the optimal domain (k = 0,12 ± 0,03 Pa.ses) then by those of witness wheat (k = 0,099 ± 0,01 Pa.ses).
The sensory analysis permitted to classify our pancakes without gluten of Formula Rice Field Bean of the optimum domain in second position after the hard wheat witness with and without sauce. The sensory profile shows that our optimal pancakes are meaningfully less rubber bands and less yellow than those of witness wheat.
