The aim of this thesis, which was motivated by methodological problems that arise in the context of experimental trials, is to propose a hybrid Bayesian-frequentist approach using sequential Bayesian prediction of the index of satisfaction, which is often done in the case of clinical trial protocol. For an interim analysis of the prediction hypothesis, such as futility monitoring of the experimental treatment with delayed results, the prediction of satisfaction takes into account the amount of data remaining to be observed in a clinical trial and offers the possibility of integrating additional information via auxiliary variables by the a priori distribution. The design of the prediction of satisfaction guarantees the type I error rate and does not require calculation or intensive simulation.Note de contenu :

electricity by a hybrid thermal power plant exploiting the solar field on the one hand and
natural gas on the other hand. This work concerns firstly the evaluation of the thermodynamic performances of a solargas hybrid thermal power system with a power of 150 MW, the method of energy analysis was used in this thesis. This method is used to determine the main parameters in order to achieve improvements in system performance. The development of the analysis model in this thesis is carried out by determining the thermal and solar efficiency as well as the efficiency of solar electricity. Due to the calculation of the thermal and solar performances in typical days and an average of the days of the year, we used simulation software "Aspen Plus" to determine the thermodynamic parameters of the hybrid plant in the case of Algerian weather conditions. As well as the System Advisor Model (SAM), this gives a methodology and
information particularly on cylindro-parabolic shapes concerning the part of the solar field in the system studied. The results are calculated hour by hour from sunrise to sunset. The second part of this work is being improved in the overall efficiency of the plant with two levels of pressure that directly affects the capacity of the steam turbine in the power block. In the third part, an optimization of the power at the level of the steam turbine is also carried out. The optimization was carried out in the power block which contains two gas turbines and a double pressure steam cycle where the high pressure part is only heated. Preliminary simulations for this system have shown that the steam turbine cycle can achieve optimum conditions for reheating and low vapor pressure, which would enhance the performance of the system. The fourth part concerns the comparison of the key parameters of the thermal power plant in different sites based on the economic factor (LCOE), the configuration of the solar field section and the line spacing or the so-called effect of shading. The exploitation of the "Aspen plus" and "SAM" software enabled us to establish models of optimal hybrid power plants (solar-gas) in the arid zone of Algeria. Nowadays, a great amount of combined cycle gas turbine power plants have been installed and some of them have been working for an appreciable period of time. Work with solar energy it is enough to present some notion about solar radiation as well as the methods and mechanism of system integration were studied. Parabolic trough power plants have been developed in the integrated solar combined cycle system (ISCCS) and the direct steam generation (DSG), each concept has their configuration due to solar energy combination .The technology for the Solar Aided Power Generation (SAPG) is appeared for optimizing this combination in solar contribution to cycle efficiency The target of this work is to evaluate the thermodynamic performance on solar hybrid power plants system for ISCCS and DSG concepts in comparison for a solar to electricity efficiency. However the previous studies have only been based on solar contribution for the ISCCS concept. A 150 [MW] ISCCS power plant operational actually in Hassi R’male in south Algeria is selected as the case study compared to DSG concepts technology. Furthermore the Solar Aided Power Generation is proposed in new DSG concept to assuming the solar contribution with evaluation method, for to calculate the generation share of the solar power system in each concept. The study shows that the DSG concept is the best hybrid system to solar-electric efficiency .Further results obtained indicate that solar contribution increase to the DSG concept proposed on TRNSYS software , in the best extraction of solar thermal for to preheat the feed water heater. The economic study shows the performance in these concepts and shows the lower Levelized energy cost (LEC). The performance of the SAPG in new DSG concept, estimate the effect of the solar collector area in each concept for annual solar thermal energy.
