vertical loads and the influence of the ratio, ɑ = V/H (where ɑ varies from 0.1 to 15), between the vertical concentrated loadings, V, and the horizontal concentrated loadings, H, applied at the junctions column-beam, to the collapse mechanisms and the collapse loads of a reference frame (two storeys, two bays). For this type of structures, the determination of the true collapse mechanism can be done by the various methods existing in the plastic analysis of the structures, namely by the method of limit analysis by combining the different elementary mechanisms, m, (m = p - r, where p represents the number of critical sections and r the degree of redundancy) until the obtention of the smallest load factor, ʎ, or by the method step by step until the obtention of the (r+1)th plastic hinge. The last two methods are extremely hard for a frame exceeding a storey and a bay (degree of redundancy, r, high, increase in the number of critical sections), because part of the work should be done manually. For that, it was considered necessary to choose another nonlinear static method known as pushover by using software SAP2000. The latter deals with the phenomenon of redistribution of the moments, and facilitates the obtention of the true collapse mechanisms and in fact the determination of the true collapse loads. The analysis of the results allowed the construction of interaction diagrams similar to those for simple frames and this for different values of the ratio, ɑ, and for the three simulations of vertical concentrated loads selected. This construction being given in the literature only for simple frame (single storey, single bay). Moreover, the analysis also made it possible to identify the modes of collapse of the reference frame and this for different ranges for the ratio, ɑ.Note de contenu : Annexes. electricity by a hybrid thermal power plant exploiting the solar field on the one hand and
natural gas on the other hand. This work concerns firstly the evaluation of the thermodynamic performances of a solargas hybrid thermal power system with a power of 150 MW, the method of energy analysis was used in this thesis. This method is used to determine the main parameters in order to achieve improvements in system performance. The development of the analysis model in this thesis is carried out by determining the thermal and solar efficiency as well as the efficiency of solar electricity. Due to the calculation of the thermal and solar performances in typical days and an average of the days of the year, we used simulation software "Aspen Plus" to determine the thermodynamic parameters of the hybrid plant in the case of Algerian weather conditions. As well as the System Advisor Model (SAM), this gives a methodology and
information particularly on cylindro-parabolic shapes concerning the part of the solar field in the system studied. The results are calculated hour by hour from sunrise to sunset. The second part of this work is being improved in the overall efficiency of the plant with two levels of pressure that directly affects the capacity of the steam turbine in the power block. In the third part, an optimization of the power at the level of the steam turbine is also carried out. The optimization was carried out in the power block which contains two gas turbines and a double pressure steam cycle where the high pressure part is only heated. Preliminary simulations for this system have shown that the steam turbine cycle can achieve optimum conditions for reheating and low vapor pressure, which would enhance the performance of the system. The fourth part concerns the comparison of the key parameters of the thermal power plant in different sites based on the economic factor (LCOE), the configuration of the solar field section and the line spacing or the so-called effect of shading. The exploitation of the "Aspen plus" and "SAM" software enabled us to establish models of optimal hybrid power plants (solar-gas) in the arid zone of Algeria. sensitive element and ohmic contacts. At present, the commonly known models
correlate these degradations to the surface recombination velocity Vs, which is very
difficult to measure and estimate experimentally. This work deals with deposition,
characterization, modeling and simulation of materials and infra-red photo-detectors.
In this manuscript, a new model allow to correlate the degradation of photoconductors
performances to the surface defects was proposed. This model treats the surface in a
different way; it is characterized by three parameters, the defects density (Nt), a single
energy level (Et) localized in the forbidden gap and a capture cross section ().
Moreover, in this thesis we have deposited and characterized a PbS thin infraredsensitive
films, by the chemical bath deposition method (CBD). Prototypes of
photoconductors were constructed. The comparison between the theoretical results
and the performances of these photoconductors was carried out. The parameters
drawn from these simulations are in good agreement with those reported in the
