solar energy in Algeria is a major focus of research who knows a great development over the past
decade. Currently there are two main ways to exploit solar energy; solar photovoltaic energy
radiation that turned directly into electricity, solar thermal, which directly converts radiation into
heat. The largest and most expensive components of a solar system are a solar energy complex, a
device that captures solar energy and turning it into useful energy.
The work presented in this thesis is the study and improve the performance of some solar
collectors, many of the technical innovations to improve the efficiency of thermal or hybrid
complexes (PVT) such as; reduce heat loss through the use of tubes transparent "vicious", and
improve heat exchange by adding fins, as well solar as reflectors on the solar collectors are also
allowed to get a good performance of the solar collector. We did do a numerical simulation of
solar collectors, has also been conducting process tests on the model compound and hybrid solar
thermal (PVT) at the research unit for renewable energy in Ghardaia. - 155 f. ; 30 cm.

Hybrid systems operating in isolated or autonomous mode in Algeria are not only intended to provide energy, but are also a tool for socio-economic development in rural areas. The intention of this thesis is to present an experimental study of an isolated hybrid system (photovoltaic and wind power with storage battery) installed in Constantine-Algeria, to meet the demand for energy used in public lighting (2000Wh / day for a test period, during the months of March and April 2018). And to meet a demand for a residential house (6000Wh / day, during the months of May, June and July 2018). This study examines a new strategy for how the MPPT charge controller (FLEX max60) controls the energy stored in solar batteries, by increasing the number of hours of absorption phase (ABS). In order to reduce the use of traditional sources. The control strategy was implemented on an experimental basis and the results presented showed the feasibility of the hybrid system, whatever the weather conditions. Therefore, maximum power point tracking (MPPT) has been proven to recharge efficiency, qualitatively and quantitatively in the MPPT controller (FLEX max60).

Index. décimale : 530 Physique Résumé :
In this experimental study, we used an electrochemical process as a mean of preparing nanocarbon samples. This research shows that there is a possibility to synthesize and elaborate particles in nanostructured carbons form. The synthesized carbon nanoparticles have been characterized by SEM, RAMAN, FTIR and XPS. In the first tests, we used two chemical solutions such as: ultra pure water and methanol with different preparation conditions such as temperature, electrical voltage and preparation time, but unfortunately our results were unsatisfactory. So we changed the chemical solution by using an ethanol product which finally gave us good results. The micrographs obtained by SEM showed spherical carbon nanoparticles (CQDs) with sizes less than 10 nm in the case of 70 V and 30 ° C and during of 42 hours of preparation. RAMAN shows the formation of graphite nanoparticles based on nanocarbons; reduced graphite oxide (rGO) and graphite oxide (GO). The analysis by the RAMAN, FTIR, and the XPS device confirmed the existence of the carbon elemental compositions. The ID / IG ratio has an estimated value of 0.45 for the element of graphite and 0.60 for rGO. After acquiring the nanocarbons, we tried to do a second research for the purpose of doping these nanocarbons with magnesium molecules by using the same elaboration
technique and by using the same preparation conditions already used to develop the carbon nanoparticles: one single sample gave us good results with a temperature of 60 ° C and a voltage applied at 70 V for 48 hours of preparation, and after the characterization by RAMAN and EDS we saw the appearance of nanometric elements of carbon and magnesium in our sample. This study has many prospects and objectives to achieve in the field of hydrogen storage
in materials with a nanocarbon structure and even in magnesium-carbon alloys.
