Français Résumé : This research dedicated to the works of Latifa Ben Mansour aims to highlight the exchanges between narrative writing and its relation to orality by trying to show the ways of co-existence of writing and orality in the author’s novels. To achieve our goal, we have relied on a multi-disciplinary approach, given the richness and complexity of our research. First, we sought to clarify the concepts of “orality” and “writing” by taking into consideration different perspectives to determine the most appropriate for our study, we moved than to clarify the relationship between “orality” and “initiation” by following the path of characters and their ability to be realized by finding a commonplace conciliatory writing and heritage. We have in the latter to study the literary relationship between the muted oral and writing in depth literary analysis of Ben Mansour’s works in light of terms “writing” and “orality”.

Français Résumé : This research focuses on the characters of the “nouvelles” of the French writer Daniel Boulanger. To carry out our work, we organized our thesis in three complementary parts. In the first part, we examined the role and status of the character in the story, which are determined by his being and his doing. To do this, we used the work of narrative semiotics of Greimas. The second part relates, primarily, the theme of the Double, as a narrative strategy that meets the character incompleteness. The thematic and analytic approaches seemed to be essential and
relevant. The last part of the study is based on the poetic character “boulangérien”, the reading and study of the few constants characterizing it.

the life through four novels of Nina Bouraoui. This corpus, inscribing the FrancoAlgerian historical tensions, reflects a writing with an autobiographical tendency where the female identity and its affiliations are indefinitely questioned. Throughout her literary career, the author appeared on the media scene, but also hid under modes of writing not allowing rigorous distinction between fiction and reality. Indeed, the emphasis is further placed on the expression of imagination, the creative capacity of the language and their effects. Through the addressed themes and the invoked images, but also through the deployed generic forms, can be read both a resistance and a desire of exposure of the writer, of the author and of the woman who writes by reclaiming an “I” that is a subject of her narration. This has a considerable reach on the reception of her work insofar as she postulates, as we show, her reader and/or her female reader, both in a real and virtual sense, whether it is in the diversity of viewpoints or in the opposing perspectives of human experiences.

This research project proposes to raise different questions about the problematic linked to the generic diversity that characterizes the literary production of Leila Sebbar. Through writings whose themes are associated with a particular aesthetic, to give a writing of a mobile space, that of the in-between. This literature of the diverse reflects a search of Algeria that tirelessly leads the author, the exile and the socio-cultural duality are part of a reality, that of the origins and the native land. Thus, the Sebbarian works reflect this personal and collective feminine writing, to write in French an Algerian memory.Note de contenu :

Directly concerned by the situation of the in-between, Leïla Sebbar and Nina Bouraoui, two French-speaking writers, anchored their imaginations in their two countries. Indeed, their intercultural peculiarities have constantly imposed on their lives and their literary careers. All their works are thus rooted into two spaces: the fatherland (Algeria) and the motherland (France). These two writings offer an almost complete panorama of problematics related to the situations of the in-between: exile, identity dislocation, discrimination, homelessness and marginality. Without being truly identical, their fictions share many convergences while keeping certain thematic, discursive and rhetorical peculiarities melted down in the literalness of each of these two writings, which are real calls towards the respect of the Other and the
difference where the personal and the collective, the lyrics and politics mingle and intersect
