Cellular materials constitute a privileged class of composite materials due to the specificity that their physical properties depend both on their constituent material and on the spatial arrangement of this material within a millimetric scale architecture such that metal foams and honeycombs. Auxetic materials, more particularly, have in addition a negative Poisson's ratio. All these properties vary a lot depending on the architecture of the considered cellular materials, i.e. the morphology. The unit cell forming the network has a symmetry with
respect to the axes and ; each member consists of two small horizontal links of length h, a large link of length H and a link of length , forming an angle θ with the direction of the straight links. The numerical simulations carried out showed a strong dependence between the geometrical parameters of the cell and the mechanical properties of the cellular solid. Dependence confirmed by experimental results. The vibro-acoustic study of the structure made it possible to determine the absorption and transmission loss coefficients by the structure of the cellular material. The periodic character, and in both directions and , made it possible to
simplify the problem to one dimension and by using the conditions of Floquet-Bloch the problem was reduced to the study of a single cell-unit. We have also explored the influence of the angle of incidence of the propagation wave on the reflection, absorption and transmission coefficients and by the same has shown the criticality of the angle θ = 50 ° , angle that allows zero transmission, maximum reflection and absorption.

This work takes into account the economic, environmental and mechanical contexts of regional and local bioproducts from fertile environments in Algeria. We find in nature several solutions to physical problems, particularly in the manufacture of composite materials which constitute a promising axis in the field of scientific research and are subject to analysis measurements of their mechanical and environmental behavior in order to allow their use in the various industrial sectors of building, furniture, packaging, clothing, leisure, aeronautics and the automotive industry,…. others. The interest of this study relates to renewable materials of energy biomass, bioproducts and/or bio-composite. Our work is based on the extraction method and the mechanical characterization of artichoke (Cynara cardunculus L) and cattail (Typha latifolia) biomass fibers which are produced naturally and in abundance in the northern regions of Algeria, particularly the northeast. It also relies on the manufacture of bio-composite models made of long and short fiber laminate materials such as ""Cynara cardunculus L"" composed with unsaturated polyester resin. Standardized test specimens are then taken from these models in order to perform tensile and impact tests (short beam method) to assess their mechanical behavior. The net production of CYNARA Cardunculus L leaf fibers is 25 to 38. Tensile tests of fibers show that their mechanical behavior is varied (coefficient of elasticity, stress and displacement at break). The extraction of typha latifolia fibers shows two types of fibers of their morphology with different mechanical characteristics. The method of calculating mechanical behavior plays an important role in evaluating the characteristics of biofibers. Including, basing in this work on three energetic method, section crushing method of the fracture (our work) and the method most often used. Also our work is a study of the effect of storage under atmospheric conditions on the mechanical behavior of the fiber. The statistical study by the Weibull probability function with two parameters gives a confidence value of elasticity coefficient of 5.3 and tensile stress equal to 48, MPa for the four estimators. Also, the one-way ANOVA probability study proves that artichoke fibers can be stored at room conditions for no longer than 12 months.

From this fact the best strategy of maintenance is that which ensures a balance between corrective maintenance and the preventive maintenance. Conditional maintenance is the solution, built-in in the systems of management, it proved reliable; to reduce the downtimes, to optimize manufacture, the resources and the profitability of the production.
However an optimization of maintenance is carried out by a continuous follow-up of
degradation, spoke oblique about a system of control in line ' ' ON-LINE' ' which can answer the industrial requirements and which makes it possible to define the Just necessary to the level of the interventions, ' ' the machine is revised only if its state the necessity''. In order that conditional maintenance to be effective, precise and reliable measurements are strongly recommended. However, the experiment showed that vibratory measurement is the most reliable parameter which gives most precociously and in the best way the state of deterioration of a monitoring machine. Its makes it possible to identify the efforts as soon as they appear, before it did not cause irreversible damage, it also makes it possible after analysis from it to deduce the origin and to estimate the risks of failure. Within this context I made a
study in the cement factory of Hamma Bouziane, which adopted a monitoring continues (ON INE) since 2005, in the hope of an optimal step of conditional maintenance which can develop in time towards a idealized maintenance of the type estimated.

In particular, composite structures with one or more attachments, such as different types of sensors, are often encountered in engineering applications. These attached masses affect the dynamic responses of the main structures. Therefore, the present thesis addresses the effect of attached mass on dynamic properties of composite laminate and sandwich plates, under flexural vibration, for clamped-free-free-free boundary conditions. Furthermore, factors influencing the effect of attached mass on the natural frequencies of laminate composite are studied using the Taguchi method. The considered factor parameters are: attached mass weight, attached mass locations from the clamped edge, staking sequences, and number of layers. In addition, the effects of the attached mass on the natural frequencies of sandwich plate according to several factors , these factors are the positions of the attached mass, the mechanical characteristics of the core, the ratios of thickness of core/ thickness the plate (hc / h), and the length / width ratios of the plate (a / b)). So, the study carried out is based on a model of calculation by the use of the finite element method. The results of this study indicate that the dynamic characteristics of the laminate composite and sandwich plates are sensitive to the attached mass, where the natural frequencies are found to be inversely proportional to the mass weight. The results were found that the locations of the attached mass are the most important factors affecting the natural frequencies of laminate plate, where the location of the masses fell into the antinodes area of vibration.
