The effect of the annealing temperature, the number of layers and the doping on the structural and optical properties of the films obtained were investigated. The obtained films are characterized by X-ray diffraction (DRX), RAMAN spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy (AFM), UV-Visible spectroscopy and ellipsometry spectroscopic. Raman spectroscopy results show that the SnO2 thin films are crystallizes in rutile phase. A good crystallization is observed after 3 coats. The results of optical characterization show that all the films are transparent (75 to 85% optical transmittance) in the visible and The energy band gap of all the samples lies in the range of 3.63eV– 3.89eV With regard to doping, undoped and doped tin oxide thin films (SnO2:Cd, SnO2:Al) were deposited by Sol Gel Dip Coating method on glass and silicon Si(100) substrates. The DRX shows that all the films deposited on glass substrates have an amorphous structure. On the other hand, the films deposited on Si (100) substrate crystallize in the rutile phase, with a preferential orientation along the axis (310). AFM observations of the surface show that the doping rate affects the roughness. The grain size and the roughness of the samples decrease with the increase of the doping concentration. The SnO2, SnO2:Cd and SnO2:Al thin films are transparent in the visible region and opaque in the ultraviolet region. The band gap, determined from the transmission spectra for the deposited films, also decreases with the increase in the doping rate (from 06 to 10% Cd, and from 04 to 06% Al). In addition, the increase of the cadmium and aluminum doping concentration causes a slight increase in the refractive index.

able to synthesize ,at low temperature ,both nanometric powders or materials with fine
microstructure .moreover, it ensures a high chemical purity and homogeneity and also controls ,in
an accurate manner ,the morphology of the synthesized materials .
In the present work we have fabricated and characterized pure copper oxide powders “CuO” and its
composite thin film (CuO/PMMA)by sol-gel process (wet-chemistry route) using two different
precursor (CuSO4+5H2 O) and (Cu(CH3 COO)2 ,H2 O) .
Various analysis techniques have been used to characterize the CuO powders and its composites
thin films, they are divided into two category:
The structural analysis including the X-rays diffraction (XRD),the infrared
spectroscopy(IR)and the electron scanning microscopy (MEB).
UV-Visible spectroscopy has been used for the determination of optical gap.
For the CuO prepared by the first precursor (CuSO4+5H2 O) and with different annealing
temperatures ,the study by X-rays diffraction (DRX) reveals single phase monoclinic structure of
CuO ,the average crystallite size change with annealing temperature .
For the CuO prepared by the second precursor (Cu(CH3 COO)2 ,H2 O) the study by X-rays
diffraction (XRD),reveals single phase monoclinic structure of CuO ,the average crystallite size of
the powder annealed to 450℃ is 16,76nm.
The study of optical properties of the CuO/PMMA composite thin films by the two methods has
shown a band gap is estimated to be 3.91eV.

AlN exists in two phases: a stable hexagonal phase and a cubic one generally considered as metastable. We are interested particularly in highlighting the last mentioned phase. For this, we have analyzed the texture of several series of AlN films deposited on different substrates of different nature and orientations by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The hexagonal phase is present under the form of fiber (0001), with reinforcements more or less remarkable, when the film is deposited on Si substrate of orientations (100) and (111). It is important to mention that the fiber (0001) can be tilted with respect to the normal of the substrate, mainly when the thickness increases. The use of SiC-6H substrate with lattice agreement with AlN, makes epitaxial growth possible at a temperature from 200 to 250 °C. Following the diffracted intensity has shown the absence of epitaxial growth of AlN (PVD), at low temperatures, on a composite substrate of AlN Kyma/Si (111). Furthermore, the use of AlN buffer layer, 2 nm thick, developed at high temperatures, makes the epitaxial growth of AlN (PVD) possible on Si (111) and at low temperatures. The XRD texture analysis allowed, as well, the highlighting of the AlN cubic phase. This cubic phase was carefully studied especially when it is not much mentioned in literature. We have shown that it is a transition layer between hAlN transition and the Si (100) substrate. The AlN cubic phase shows a crystalline response with several orientations for two methods, DCMS and HiPIMS, with a higher intensity in the case of DCMS. The lattice mismatch between the different structures and orientations confirm that the growth of hexagonal AlN under the form of (0001) fiber is facilitated by the presence of this AlN cubic phase.

This work is concerned with the synthesis, structural determination X-rays diffraction and study of the physico-chimicals and photophysicals properties and thermal stability, as well as, graph set, Hirshfeld surface analysis and the topology of all mono and binuclear lanthanides complexes synthesis in this work. In the first part, the synthesis and the characterization of two new mononuclear lanthanides and fumaric acid complexes was investigated. The synthesis and study of the structural, spectroscopic and photophysical
properties of two series of binuclear compounds resulting from the lanthanides and L-tartaric acid is the topic of the second part of this work. In the last part, we describe the preparation of nine isostructural binuclear 4f complexes, where the assembling ligand is 1, 4-phenylenediacetate. The characterization by spectroscopic and photophysical methods was make for the nine complexes.

In the first part of this thesis, we realized, in addition to pure oxides, a series of deposit containing ZnO by using the mixtures of: [ZnO:SnO2]
and [ZnO:In2O3]. In the second part, we realized another serie of oxides [SnO2:In2O3]. In the two parts we studied the influence of the rate mixture of components on the characteristics of films. These films are analyzed by various characterization techniques of materials. The structural characterization of films by analysis of the spectra of X-ray diffraction showed that the films based on the mixtures and containing ZnO present a preferential direction according to the plan (002) for the Rb1 series and (100) for the Rb2 series. In films of the series [SnO2:In2O3] the preferential orientation is along the axis (222) of In2O3. The UV-Visible spectrophotometer of these films confirms that it is possible to obtain good transparent films of TCO with a transmittance of about 75 to 85% in the visible range. The measurement of electric resistivity also confirmed the decrease of the electrical resistivity with mixtures to a value of 10-3 (Ω.cm).Note de contenu : Annexes.
