This study aimed to estimate the BENEFIT that can bring a reinforced concrete sand (RCS) compared to ordinary reinforced concrete (ORC) by comparison between two concretes, it is based on the analysis of a section of a beam in reinforced concrete subjected to the simple bending at the ultimate limit state.
The choice of steel and concrete stress-strain diagrams is essential, because the objective of a designer is the optimal use of these materials.
In order that materials reach their maximum, the study must be conducted at the ultimate limit state of resistance by crushing concrete, namely the Pivot-B, which corresponds to a relative deformation of the most compressed fibber of concrete reaching its maximum ɛcu, at the same time getting stretched and compressed frames to work in plastic domain to ensure an economic section reinforced concrete that will have a slow break and gives warnings in case of ruin.
The analysis on which the comparative study is based, uses a long analytical method, which involves a set of interdependent parameters (fck, fyk, d’,...) and three variables (M, Ast, and Asc: respectively the bending moment, compressed and stretched steel sections), so it was considered more beneficial to associate with analytical processing graphic treatment by developing charts three-input developed to be used in this comparison, these charts are easy and fast to use with less risk of errors.
The actual calculation is laborious and requires the input of a tool. In this sense a program computation proposed for the realization of these chart, existed under the QBASIC software, but in this work it has been used under the MATLAB software.
In order to directly deduct the BENEFIT made by (RCS) over the (ORC) and operate a greater number of variants of parameters taking into account their impact on these BENEFITS, another computer calculation program has been developed under MATLAB software, this program gives better results and minimizes even more the risk of errors.
This study ends with an estimate of the BENEFITS made by (RCS) section compared to the (ORC) section, in addition to the conclusions.Diplôme : Magistère En ligne : ../theses/gcivil/BEN6906.pdf Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://bu.umc.edu.dz/md/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=10241 Éléments Poutres en Béton Ordinaire Armé(BOA) et en Béton de Sable Armé (BSA) en Flexion : étude comparative [texte imprimé] / Karima Benahmed, Auteur ; A Tekkouk, Directeur de thèse ; C Amouri, Auteur . - جامعة الإخوة منتوري قسنطينة, 2015 . - 207 f. ; 30 cm.

Génie ClimatiqueTags : Distillateur solaire orientation comparaison Productivité Solar still Orientation Comparison Productivity جهاز التقطير الإتجاه المقارنة الإنتاجية Index. décimale : 626 Génie Climatique Résumé : A computer program has been developed to simulate the effect of the orientations (east– west and south–north), on the performance of a symmetric double slope solar still compared to those of an asymmetric solar still with a double effect, in order to obtain the optimum design parameters for both types, under climatic conditions of Constantine (Eastern area of Algeria), using meteorological data of 1st August of 2005 as the hottest day selected from the
last decade (2002–2012). The obtained results show that10° is the optimum inclination angle that allows receiving a maximum solar radiation for both stills by increasing the evaporation condensation processes. A water depth of 0.02 m gives higher daily production. The stability of solar radiation seen in a south–north orientation leads to high reception of solar radiation by both stills. The coefficient of heat transfer by evaporation has contributed in major in the production of solar stills (70%), followed by the coefficient of heat transfer by radiation (23%), and the left is for the heat transfer by convection (7%). The practical limit of optimal insulation thickness that gives the maximum efficiency of the two systems of distillation is about 0.10 m. As a consequence, the daily productivity of an asymmetric still, with a double effect process is found higher than that corresponding to the symmetric one with a double slope system, and where at the south–north orientation we notice an increase of 22.57% and at the east–west orientation it is of 16.23%. It is shown also that a south–north orientation enhances the performance of the asymmetric still with a double effect by 16.76%.

We took a special interest to the experimental test-bed as it is an essential step for validating each new control law design.
A theoretical study is devoted to the basic concepts of variable structure systems with sliding mode, and after describing the conventional method, we proceeded to the synthesis of control law that is based on exponential reaching phase (ERL) to achieve more robustness of the system even at transients and to improve its dynamic response.
At the end, a new sensorless control by MRAS with an on-line conjoint estimation of the IM parameters using artificial neural networks is developed. To do so, we proceed with a theoretical study of the MRAS technique evoking its different methods. Then we continue with the process of estimating the IM parameters espacially the stator resistance and the inverse of the rotor time constant using the concept of Popov’s hyperstability. After describing the principles of neural networks and their application to our case in the estimation of the parameters we go further to the practice implementation and interpretation of results.
