In the field of machining, the cutting tools wear leads to a quality gradation of the machined workpiece, particularly in terms of surface state and geometric precision. So, it is important of disposing a criterion enabling of follow the degradation of a tool during a machining operation and therefore of decide on a possible change of tool. The cutting pad damage allows of followed of the developments of wear during a machining operation. The work presented in this memory aims to follow the evolution of tool wear as a function of machining time. During machining, some degradation criteria of the cutting tool were determined. The influence of the cut parameters (Vc, f and ap) on wear and roughness of the machined workpiece had been defined as well as the evolution of wear on the surface quality. The main objective is to improve productivity. The experimental study obtained results which through them the wear ""Vb"" was identified as a direct criterion, and as the main indirect criterion: the temperature on the cutting face. Both criteria influenced the cutting tool wear by abrasion, adhesion and diffusion phenomena. In another part, a simulation study of the cut temperature profile using the Finite Element Method (MEF) was conducted to obtain a numerical model very close to the experimental practical approach. The study confirms the cutting moment at the tool tip and shows the necessity to take into account moments in the energy balance.Note de contenu :

Génie ClimatiqueTags : Distillateur solaire orientation comparaison Productivité Solar still Orientation Comparison Productivity جهاز التقطير الإتجاه المقارنة الإنتاجية Index. décimale : 626 Génie Climatique Résumé : A computer program has been developed to simulate the effect of the orientations (east– west and south–north), on the performance of a symmetric double slope solar still compared to those of an asymmetric solar still with a double effect, in order to obtain the optimum design parameters for both types, under climatic conditions of Constantine (Eastern area of Algeria), using meteorological data of 1st August of 2005 as the hottest day selected from the
last decade (2002–2012). The obtained results show that10° is the optimum inclination angle that allows receiving a maximum solar radiation for both stills by increasing the evaporation condensation processes. A water depth of 0.02 m gives higher daily production. The stability of solar radiation seen in a south–north orientation leads to high reception of solar radiation by both stills.The coefficient of heat transfer by evaporation has contributed in major in the production of solar stills (70%), followed by the coefficient of heat transfer by radiation (23%), and the left is for the heat transfer by convection (7%). The practical limit of optimal insulation thickness that gives the maximum efficiency of the two systems of distillation is about 0.10 m. As a consequence, the daily productivity of an asymmetric still, with a double effect process is found higher than that corresponding to the symmetric one with a double slope system, and where at the south–north orientation we notice an increase of 22.57% and at the east–west orientation it is of 16.23%. It is shown also that a south–north orientation enhances the performance of the asymmetric still with a double effect by 16.76%.

The objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of three kinds of organic manure (chicken, sheep and mixed manure chicken and
sheep1/1 w/w) with three levels nitrogen for each one (1, 2, 3 kg/h protifert manure ) on the growth and yields of potato. These were compared
with control and common fertilization treatment applied by the potato farmers (chicken manure + chemical manure N P k). A Factorial
Randomized Complete Block Design (F-RCBD) was selected for the three experiments. Each experiment contained 11 treatments for each
treatment with three replicates. The test of Least significant differences (LSD) was used to compare mean with 0.05 levels.
In general results of the three experiments could be summarized as follow:
- Physiological qualities were no significantly increased in terms of (Ratio and speed emergence, photosynthetic efficiency, relative water
content and chlorophyll percentage). As a results of organic manure utilization and addition of three levels nitrogen as compared to untreated
control during growing seasons. The results showed the greatest increase at the treatment of chicken manure either alone or mixed with sheep
manure with these levels nitrogen in physiological qualities.
- The results of vegetative growth reveled the following: Growth was significantly increased in terms of (foliage area, leaf area index, stem
numbers/plant and plant height). Treatments chicken manure, chicken manure + 1kg/h protifert and mixed manure + 3kg/h of protifert appeared
to be the most effective treatments in improving vegetative growth traits.
- The results revealed that using the animal waste with levels nitrogen spraying on the leaves showed a significantly increase in treats of yield
quantity terms (tuber number, tuber weight, yield of individual plant, total yield and marketable yield). Add to that treatments first level in
chicken manure either alone or mixed better in tuber number, marketable yield. As for as the common fertilization treatment applied by the potato
farmers and chicken manure +2 kg/h of protifert increased significantly tuber weight.
- The results showed improvement in the chemical properties of the tuber using organic manure subsidized levels of nitrogen, the treatment
chicken manure+ 1kg/h protifert lead to dry matter percentage, organic matter and starch percentage of tuber. Their treatments chicken manure +
2 kg/h of protifert better in protein, carbohydrate and nitrogen percentage of tuber. The results showed a significantly increase with treatments
chicken manure alone or mixed + 2 kg/h of protifert in phosphor percentage of tuber. The treatment chicken manure +3 kg/h of protifert better in
potassium content of the tuber. No significantly increase of treatment manure in anthocyanin and carotenoid content in tuber.
- The results also showed a positive relationship between the phenols and flavonoids content, carbohydrates, potassium and phosphor in the
tuber with nitrogen levels.
