Throughout its history, the city of Constantine has witnessed real dynamics and
numerous transformations on the economic, social and spatial scales. As far as the housing stock is concerned, several urban services have also changed during the last twenty years, and these dynamics_ such as the residential mobility_ vary according to both nature and rhythm.
Residential mobility, that differs from area to area, has mainly started after the state sold its goods and developed after an open-mindness to the market economy, besides to the contribution of many private and public agents in building and housing sectors in addition to the proliferation of property and housing parallel market.
