They are covered with lightweight materials such as: Aluminium, composite materials, or adaptable materials. The assembly of all these elements and materials constitutes a structure of high rigidity and high quality of mechanical strength as well as a state of the art very considerable in the field of aeronautics and aerospace. In this context, a presentation of the different materials and their state of the art in the field of the application of aeronautics will be presented. A theoretical analysis and modelling by the finite element method these structures has been studied. This analysis can be performed discretely (element by element) using the method of the bar elements, beam element or plate elements or by continuous models representing the discrete structure and the material that
covers it. An analysis of the stresses in the main parts of the aircraft was presented for different types of materials and internal structures of aircraft wings in the static state. Experimental and numerical characterizations of nanoparticles bonded joints typically used in aerospace applications are presented. First, samples of single-lap joints produced using a composite reinforced with carbon fibre fabric (2% graphéne by weight), were analysed. Shear tests were performed to measure the resistances of the bonded joints, to assess the structural performances of the structures with and without nanoparticles. Second, finite-element numerical models were applied based on experiments on adhesive joints; in particular a numerical simulation of the adhesive lap-joint model was performed using ANSYS software. Analyses were performed for the joints with unfilled and
nanoparticles adhesive, focusing on the cooling process during which adhesive single-lap joints are mainly generated. The experimental and numerical model results generally agree quite well. The nanoparticles of the Graphéne increased the stiffness of each lap joint under a rational load charge.
The nanostructure adhesive increased the failure load, but this increase depended on various parameters, including adhesive structural features and the structures of the nanostructures produced. The reinforced adhesive nanostructure was found to decrease the weight.

combinations using a direct and explicit instruction into emphasizing communication and
developing the communicative skills. Like all the grammatical aspects, the English article
system is taught following the same perspective. Articles are believed to be acquired through
exposure to natural and authentic input. However, they are very difficult for non-native
speakers to be detected for they are unstressed. Hence, direct explanation of their rules is
necessary as they are hard to be heard and cannot be taught following the Communicative
Approach solely. This leads us to consider the Structural Approach combined with the
Communicative where teachers present the rules, explain them and practice them in a
Communicative context. This study sets out to investigate the usefulness of systematic
teaching of the English article system using a Communicative-Structural Approach at the
Department of Letters and English, University “Frères Mentouri”, Constantine. We
hypothesise that if the English article system is taught systematically through the
Communicative-Structural Approach, students would improve their understanding and use of
articles. We also hypothesize that the teachers at the Department of Letters and English,
University “Frères Mentouri”, Constantine believe that the Communicative-Structural
Approach is effective in teaching articles and use it in their own teaching. The hypotheses are
verified by means of a Pre-test Post-test Control group Experimental Group design as well as
a Teachers’ and Students’ Questionnaire. The informants of our study are fifty second year
students at “Frères Mentouri” University, Constantine 1. They were divided into two groups,
one control and another experimental. According to the data obtained from the test, we can
confirm the first hypothesis since the test clearly demonstrates a better performance and thus
improvement in the Experimental group’s results. Regarding the Teachers’ and Students’
Questionnaires, the teachers believe that using the Communicative-Structural Approach is

New dynamics affecting the contemporary city, causing mutations of its
functioning and its representations, both in the center and at the periphery. This causeda real redistribution of urban functions and a redefinition of the concept of ""territory"".
Indeed, in the current context of urban loosening, the center no longer seems opposed to the periphery, because new places with attraction appear ""on the margins"", prompting new relationships. To be interested in these ""new centralities"" is equivalent to be aware of the overall transformation of urban areas and territories.
The Algerian cities seem to fit in this powerful new form of territorial marking of the contemporary urbanization. Biskra, is a transitional city that unites North and South of the country, and whose centrality rose until now with a traditional way, with the domination of a point on the entire territory, has undergone profound transformations.
The sales function was a determining factor for the ""shaping"" of the contemporary centrality of the city. As well, our work is essentially articulated at the crossroads of two approaches: qualitative and quantitative, emphasizing on the business activity, through its different logic. It was found that a new model of centrality is gradually taking place at Biskra. It is now structured around two main poles: an initial centrality marked by the factor and the historical weight and another centrality, this time secondary and peripheral to the economic essence. This structuring of the Biskri space, was the bearer of a new urban dynamic, that made the spatial structure of the city more readable.
In our view, it would be interesting to develop a strategic vision for the urban
agglomeration to prepare, accompany and / or anticipate future urban development ofthe city. The construction of this overall strategy is able to offer action and management opportunities for local communities and the various stakeholders through a logic of complementarily between the existing and new centralities.
