Résumé : |
The apoliproteine E (apoE) plays an important role in the metabolism of plasma
lipoproteins as ligand of receptors of the most of lipoproteins. .the objective of this study is to
determine the polymorphism of the Apo E in the general population of Constantine and in
strok (AVC), and determining the influence of polymorphism of apo E on lipid parameters in
stroke.
the genotype 3/ 3 are the most frequent (76, ,
(8 ,3%), and the less frequent for genotypes ,4%)
The prevalence of genotypes 3/ 3 and 2/ 3 was higher in controls
than in patients (76,4% vs 61,2%) and (8,3% vs 4,1%) respectively. The genotype e3/e4 are
expressed strongly at the CVD (34,7%) compared to control subjects
(AVC) with odds ratio 3,03 (IC =1,28 - 01.
The study of the lipid profile in patients who have suffered stroke compared to
controls showed a significant association of lipid parameters (LDL-C, HDL-C and TG) and
the condition.
Cholesterol and the LDL-C are creased at subjects having the genotype 3/
compared to the carriers of genotype 3/ 3, whereas the inverse for subjects having the
genotype.
