Résumé :	This thesis deals with the impact of The New Deal Era on the social status and lives of women in the United States of America. It is concerned with the situation of women before the New Deal period their family life, working conditions, political issues and the lifestyle. It outlines the changes brought by the New Deal. The dissertation examines the situation of Americans women in the era of the Great Depression, then the innovation of the New Deal program. It also studied how American women found themselves as an important part in the society, and how they improved their selves in many domains. The aim of the dissertation is to show the role of women in society during The New Deal Era, and the women capacities to take responsibilities in different fields.
