Biologie Résumé :
After presenting an exhaustive catalog of wild bees of the Megachilidae family, several determination keys of taxa of this family and a first representation of their distribution throughout eastern Algeria, we can release, at the end of this thesis, a first global vision of taxonomic characteristics, biogeographical and ecological of Megachilidae of this region. 102 taxa, 21 genera, 43 sub genera of Megachilidae were collected from seven localities of eastern Algeria (Skikda, Guelma, Constantine, Mila, Oum El Bouaghi, Khenchela and Tébessa) during the years 2007, 2008 and 2009. This work also brought out the presence of 8 new species for the Algerian fauna: Osmia anceps (Pérez , 1895) Osmia leaiana schachti Warncke , 1988 ;
Osmia argyropyga (Pérez , 1879) ; Anthidium Florentinum Fabricius, 1775 ; Anthidium amabile ( Alfken , 1932) and Pseudoanthidium enslini ( Alfken , 1928) ; Stelis simillima (Morawitz,1876). Megachile versicolor (Smith, 1844 ).
Among 8 new species, 4 taxa have been the subject of two international publications: Aguib et al. (2010) and Aguib et al. (2014). We also noted in our results that 5 species are endemic to Algeria: Chelostoma edentulum (Pérez , 1895) ; Heriades fertoni ( Benoist 1938) ; Hofferia mauritanica ( Lucas, 1846) ; Osmia purpurata ( Ducke , 1900) ; Megachile sexmaculata (Alfken , 1942). 7 species are endemic to North Africa : Chelostoma carinulum Pérez, 1895 ;Hoplitis quadrispina ( Tkalců , 1992); Hoplitis rubricrus ( Friese , 1899) ; Hoplitis ursina (Friese , 1921) ; Osmia (Neosmia) tingitana ( Benoist, 1969); Hoplosmia dido ( Gribodo , 1894) ;
Pseudoanthidium stigmaticorne Dours , 1873) . 3 subspecies are also endemic to North Africa.
These are: Osmia caerulescens cyanea (Fabricius, 1793) ; Hoplosmia anceyi biarmica (Zanden ,1994) and Anthidium manicatum barbarum ( Lepeleteir , 1841) . We also examined for each species, the geographical distribution in the world and in eastern Algeria, the flight period, floral choice and sometimes, the phenology and ecology of some abundant species.Diplôme : Doctorat en sciences En ligne : ../theses/biologie/AGU6638.pdf Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=9772 Biogéographie et monographie des megachilidae (Hymenoptera : Apoidea) dans le nord est algérien [texte imprimé] / Sihem Aguib, Auteur ; K. Biologie Résumé : Several hundreds of samples taken in seven localities of the Algerian NorthEast are analyzed. The taxonomic study on the level of the species reveals the presence of a total of 113 species of Collembola. The inventory of the country in Collembola is enriched by a contribution by 56 new species, of which 49 are announced here for the first time in North Africa. The majority of the species lately announced in Algeria are also new for North Africa, which shows that a East
Algerian fauna quite different from that of the surrounding countries, in particular of Morocco which was studied the most. Fauna met is composed of species belonging to the four orders of known Collembola, 15 families and 55 genera. The prevalence of the Poduromorpha order with 57 species and 26 genera constitutes a remarkable character of the fauna of Collembola. Inside this group, the family emerges from Neanuridae which is represented by 27 species belonging to 3 subfamilies. One of them, Frieseinae with 11 species of the same genera (Friesea) constitutes the other original character of the collembolan fauna. Among the seven prospected localities, it is mountainous massif of Edough that the essence of the total collected and identified species comes, that is to say 78 species. The most unexpected character of this fauna is the diversity of the Friesea genera (8 species) and Hypogastrura genera of the astonishing richness specific of
Neanuridae met in the massif of Edough: 19 species against only 10 in the remainder of the country. What makes it distinguish from all the Mediterranean forested mountains vaster and more intensely studied. Four new species are described: Deutonura n.sp.zana, Friesea n.sp.major, Friesea n.sp.algirica and Friesea laouina, of which is published, (Deharveng & Hamra-Kroua, 2004). Twenty two species are rare, are listed with comments on their taxonomic position, and makes it possible to expect new discoveries. Affinities of the settlement of Collembola are primarily with Mediterranean fauna. The fauna of Edough consists of some European elements and circumméditerranéen. The dynamics of the settlement of Collembola endogens is determined by the seasonal variation of the fundamental edaphic factors: temperature and moisture .Their seasonal, obvious impact surfaces some, feels even in the in-depth ground.Diplôme : Doctorat En ligne : ../theses/biologie/HAM4277.pdf Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=1436 Les Collemboles(Hexapoda, Arthropoda) du Nord-Est algerien : taxonomie,biogéographie et écologie [texte imprimé] / Salah Hamra-Kroua, Auteur ; Djamel Alatou, Directeur de thèse . - Constantine : Université Mentouri Constantine, 2005 . - 226 f. ; 30 cm.

Biologie Résumé :
Dozens of samples from five localities of Northeastern Algeria are analyzed in the laboratory of Biosystematics and ecology of arthropods. A total of more than 27311 individuals were extracted following the use of common extraction springtails techniques. The taxonomic study of the species reveals the presence of a total of 49 species of Collembola Poduromorpha. Our findings have enriched the national heritage Collembola by a contribution of 9 new species for the country one of them is new to science.
All the new species for the country are also new to North Africa, which shows that the North-eastern Algeria has a very different fauna from that of neighboring countries in the Mediterranean circum.
The fauna which concerns by this study consists of species belonging to three super-families, 5 families, 4 subfamilies and 27 genera of the order Poduromorpha.
Inside Poduromorpha, stands the family Neanuridae with 22 species belonging to 3 subfamilies known six subfamilies: Frieseinae with 6 species of the same genus (Friesea); Neanurinae with 9 species and 5 genera and finally the exception subfamily Pseudachorutinae with 7 species and 6 genera.
Among the five prospected localities is the mountainous massif of Edough that comes the most of the total species collected and identified, that is to say 44 species.
The most unexpected character of this fauna is the presence of endemic species hitherto distant biogeographically regions: the case of genres Kenyura and Cephalachorutes known only in African’s American’s tropics.
Guelma region reveals exceptional on the map of specific diversity: in addition to the new species (Superodontella tayaensis sp.nov.). The locality also hosts Kenyura sp.
Cephalachorutes and minimus.
Diversity of Friesea genera (6 species) and the astonishing richness specific of
Neanuridae met in the massif of Edough: 19 species against only 10 in the rest of the
country. What makes it distinguish from all the Mediterranean forested mountains
vaster and more intensely studied. Five new species are reported here: Superodontella tayaensis n.sp, Friesea major, Deutonura ns Edoughnura rara, Edoughnura sp2. Three had been described before this work and one is described here: Superodontella tayaensis (Arbea, Brahim Bounab &
Hamra kroua 2013).
Eight species are rare, which makes it possible to expect new discoveries. The affinities of the population of Collembola are primarily with the Mediterranean fauna, with original features. The fauna of Edough consists of some European elements that Guelma is rather unusual, unexpected and original.
The dynamics of the settlement of Collembola endogens is determined by the seasonal variation of the fundamental factors: temperature and humidity. Biologie Résumé : nvestigations on the population of cleptoparasitic’s wild bees in eight provinces of
eastern Algeria: Skikda, Constantine, Mila, Oum El Bouaghi, Batna, Tebessa, Souk Ahras and
El Oued, during the studies years: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 allowed the identification
of 22 species belonged to four genera; Nomada SCOPOLI, 1770, Ammobates LATREILLE,
1809, Melecta LATREILLE, 1802 and Sphecodes LATREILLE, 1804. These genera belong to
two families: the Apidae and the Halictidae. In terms of number of species, the genus Nomada
Scopoli, 1770 is the best represented with 15 species, it was the subject of an international
publication: BAKIRI et al (2016), among these taxa, we have two new data for Algeria, it is
Nomada glaucopis PEREZ, 1890 and Nomada rubiginosa PEREZ 1884. We also noticed that
Nomada fuscipennis Lepeletier 1841 is endemic to North Africa.
A comprehensive catalog of the Hymenoptera Apoidea cleptoparasitic gives a first
