Biologie Résumé : The study of the genetic diversity of the date palm of the Oasis of Bou-Saâda led us to make
an inventory of palm trees in the four zones Djenane Btom, Djenane Nakhara, Dejnane
Hmaïd, and Djenane khachbat mimoum, Twenty-three varieties without count Dokkar and
the total number of palm trees is 2147. With the study of the morphological characteristics
(length of palm, number of spines ...) it was possible to describe and identify the twenty three
varieties listed, Varieties that exist only at the Oasis of Bou-Saâda as Bou-Saâdiya, Nebgaya
and Zebla.
Molecular identification of the date palm cultivars of the Bou-Saâda palm grove by the two
techniques ISSR (21 primers) and RAPD (27 primers) were used revealed an important
genetic polymorphism inter accessions is explained by the morphological difference between
the varieties. The RAPD and ISSR markers allowed to characterize and distinguish the
different cultivars. Analysis of the RAPD, ISSR data generated a phylogeny similar to that
revealed by RAPD
Concerning the genetic identification of Bayoud-resistant cultivars The use of the two R and S
plasmids as molecular markers will be effective in detecting the Bayoud-resistant cultivars.
Resistant cultivars have been identified from the cultivars tested. It has been found that Baâret
ljmal is resistant, on the other hand, the cultivar Deglet Nour represents the two plasmid forms
R and S. Thus, using this technique, it is possible to establish a list of cultivars of Algerian
date palm Resistant or sensitive to Bayoud
The Oasis of Bou-Saâda still retains an important genetic heritage, which must be protected
and used

Biologie Résumé : Several hundreds of samples taken in seven localities of the Algerian NorthEast are analyzed. The taxonomic study on the level of the species reveals the presence of a total of 113 species of Collembola. The inventory of the country in Collembola is enriched by a contribution by 56 new species, of which 49 are announced here for the first time in North Africa. The majority of the species lately announced in Algeria are also new for North Africa, which shows that a East
Algerian fauna quite different from that of the surrounding countries, in particular of Morocco which was studied the most. Fauna met is composed of species belonging to the four orders of known Collembola, 15 families and 55 genera. The prevalence of the Poduromorpha order with 57 species and 26 genera constitutes a remarkable character of the fauna of Collembola. Inside this group, the family emerges from Neanuridae which is represented by 27 species belonging to 3 subfamilies. One of them, Frieseinae with 11 species of the same genera (Friesea) constitutes the other original character of the collembolan fauna. Among the seven prospected localities, it is mountainous massif of Edough that the essence of the total collected and identified species comes, that is to say 78 species. The most unexpected character of this fauna is the diversity of the Friesea genera (8 species) and Hypogastrura genera of the astonishing richness specific of
Neanuridae met in the massif of Edough: 19 species against only 10 in the remainder of the country. What makes it distinguish from all the Mediterranean forested mountains vaster and more intensely studied. Four new species are described: Deutonura n.sp.zana, Friesea n.sp.major, Friesea n.sp.algirica and Friesea laouina, of which is published, (Deharveng & Hamra-Kroua, 2004). Twenty two species are rare, are listed with comments on their taxonomic position, and makes it possible to expect new discoveries. Affinities of the settlement of Collembola are primarily with Mediterranean fauna. The fauna of Edough consists of some European elements and circumméditerranéen. The dynamics of the settlement of Collembola endogens is determined by the seasonal variation of the fundamental edaphic factors: temperature and moisture .Their seasonal, obvious impact surfaces some, feels even in the in-depth ground.Diplôme : Doctorat En ligne : ../theses/biologie/HAM4277.pdf Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://bu.umc.edu.dz/md/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=1436 Les Collemboles(Hexapoda, Arthropoda) du Nord-Est algerien : taxonomie, biogéographie et écologie [texte imprimé] / Salah Hamra-Kroua, Auteur ; Djamel Alatou, Directeur de thèse . - Constantine : Université Mentouri Constantine, 2005 . - 226 f. ; 30 cm.

Biologie Résumé : Phlebotomine (Diptera, Psychodidae) are the only known vectors of Leishmania protozoa responsible for cutaneous and visceral leishmaniasis. In Algeria, these infections constitute a real public health problem and monitoring of the evolution of these vectors is still necessary in order to envisage appropriate strategies of struggle. The parasitology service of the University Hospital Center of Constantine (Algeria) has reported several cases of leishmaniasin the areas we prospected. With this in mind, we conducted a study on the biodiversity and chorology of Phlebotomian fauna in the Constantine region. For sampling, we adopted the technique of adhesive traps deposited in various stations. The results of the morpho-taxonomic study of the sandflies collected show the presence of both types of sandflies: Sergentomyia and Phlebotomus. The numberof the species identified is five. Those are Sergentomyia minuta parroti RONDANI, 1843 (52.55%), Phlebotomus perniciosus NEWSTEAD, 1911 (42.33%), Phlebotomusl ongicuspis NITZULESCU, 1930 (4.02%), Phlebotomus perfiliewi PARROT, 1930 (0.97%) and PhlebotomuspapatasiSCOPOLI, 1786 (0.13%). This inventory shows the presence of two species of subgenus Larroussius (P. perfiliewi and P. perniciosus) proven vectors of Leishmaniainfantum responsible for visceral leishmaniasis. P. papatasi is the Leishmania major vector responsible for cutaneous leishmaniasis.

Biologie Résumé : The Culicidae causes grave damages both to the man and to the animals by their
potential vector roles of infectious diseases, such as the malaria, the yellow fever, the dengue,
the filariose and the plague.
The wet zone Sebkhet Ezzemoul and Chott Tinsilt are sites considered to establish a
systematic inventory and study the ecology of mosquitoes. To this end, we analyzed their
habitat by the determination of ecosystem surface water physicochemical parameters,
followed their spatial and temporal variations and their Culicidae various species impacts.
The species identified belong to two subfamilies: Anophélinae with one genus
Anopheles and Culicinae with three genera Aedes, Culiseta and Culex. The Aedes genus is
represented best by far particularly with the species Aedes dorsalis, Aedes detritus and Aedes
caspius, which the presence is in relation to the type of prospected lodging.
In this study, the salinity seems to be a parameter determining in the distribution of
collected species.
