BiologieTags : Fusarium Fusariose lutte biologique Trichoderma BIOLOG extraits fongiques biological control fungal extracts المكافحة البيولوجيةة المستخلصات الفطرية Index. décimale : 570 Sciences de la vie. Biologie Résumé : This study was carried out in order to fight against the phytopathogenic fungus ""Fusarium"".
eight species from the genus Fusarium have been isolated from different organs of infected
plants. genus identification was conducted using morphological characters, while the
identification of species was performed by molecular pathway within the LMBA Laboratory
(Laboratory of Microbiology and Biomolecules Assets).
Indeed, according to affiliation results, the eight pathogenic strains belong to three Fusarium
species in the circumstances; Fusarium verticillioides, Fusarium solani and Fusarium
oxysporum.
Biological control against the phytopathogens is highlighted using seven strains from the
genus Trichoderma isolated from three Algerian agricultural soils.
The molecular identification of isolats conducted in the laboratory of LMBA has divided
the seven strains into five main species: Trichoderma album, Trichoderma harzianum,
Trichoderma virens, Trichoderma longibrachiatum, Trichoderma viride. Indeed, This study
showed a significant diversity of Trichoderma species in Algeria. However, to our
knowledge, there are no previous published studies on the isolation of Trichoderma album,
Trichoderma virens and Trichoderma longibrachiatum, from the Algerian soil.
The effect of the antagonist activity of Trichoderma strains against the eight isolated
Fusarium species was studied using two methods, direct and indirect confrontation. Direct
confrontation results show a percentage of inhibition ranging from 55% to 72% depending on
the tested pathogenic and antagonists species, while the results of the confrontation from
distance reveals low percentage of inhibition varied from 2% to 43%.
The seven tested Trichoderma strains show considerable capacity of resistance on the media
with a different pH from 2 to 9. Enzymatic activity test of antagonistic strains shows that the
seven tested strains represent very important sources of lytic enzymes namely chitinase,
cellulase, protease, lipase and laccase.
Both test for anti-Fusarium activity, and culture filtrates antagonistic strains show a low
inhibition of mycelial growth of pathogenic strains. Furthermore, this study showed a
remarkable change of color and appearance of the Fusarium strains due to antagonistic
metabolits.
chloroformic extract effect of the seven antagonistic strains, was tested by the BIOLOG
technic and by the technical soaked disks, both techniques show a good inhibitory activity of
the extracts, no matter what the concentration used is (50 mg / ml , 25 mg / ml and 1mg / ml)

Biologie Résumé : Fluorescent pseudomonas can suppress various soilborne diseases, and their efficacy related both; to their antagonistic activities and rhizosphere competitiveness. This study was designed to isolate antagonistic Pseudomonas fluorescens from Wheat rhizosphere and evaluate their Plant promoting traits. Fifty-five antagonistic strains were isolated from wheat soil, cultivated in Constantine region (Algeria), characterized morphologically, biochemically and molecularly, and screened for their Plant growth promoting traits. These PGP traits were analyzed by phosphate solubilization, indol acetic acid (IAA), the production of siderophore, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide (HCN), and the production of enzyme involved in the suppression of the pathogen like cellulase, pectinase, chitinase, and protease. At the end, the biocontrol capacity of these strains and growth promotion potential against two species of Fusarium: F. culmorum and F. pseudograminearum were evaluated in planta. All the isolates showing a biochemical and morphological of Pseudomonas fluorescens. Under in-vitro conditions, all isolates produced cellulase and pectinase, 90.9% produced siderophore; hydroxamates type, 96.43% produced IAA. A 96.36% of isolates produced a clear zone around the colony, exhibiting different sorts of phosphate solubilizing index (PSI) and 76.36% solubilized the
phosphate in liquid medium, 51.78% produced protease, 48.21% produced lipase, 16.36% produced chitinase, and only 10.9% produced HCN. The selected strains inhibited Fusarium sp growth and stimulated wheat growth with various extraction of enzymes when tested in pot experiments. Nine bacterial strains, which showed a maximum plant growth promoting traits using the molecular identification (16S rDNA gene sequence), were identified as Pseudomonas
fluorescens. This study concludes that strains ofPseudomonas fluorescens, isolated from wheat rhizospheric soil from the region of Constantine (Algeria), showed variation in their plant promoting characteristics production that can contribute to the ability of these isolates to suppress fungal diseases. Based on the positive results of the antagonistic effect of selected strains, it is interesting to use the PGPR Pseudomonas fluorescens as inoculants biofertilizers to replace chemical fertilizers and pesticides for Wheat.

حمض السلسليكIndex. décimale : 570 بيولوجيا Résumé : Chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.) occupies an important place among food pulses for being an essential source of protein in many countries of the world or locally in Algeria. Many obstacles face the cultivation of chickpea in Algeria, starting from the retreat of cultivation to its production. Recently, the cultivated areas have witnessed a noticeable retreat, as a result of many difficulties, especially those related to the biotic stress including Fusariose resulting from the injury of Fusarium oxysporum. This study was carried out in order to evaluated capability of some antagonists strains in vitro as well as the role of the Salicylic acid hormone in the systemic acquired resistance. This study shows the efficiency of both Pythium and Trichoderma through the use of direct confrontation. The results of direct confrontation show a percent inhibition raining from 42.09 to 45.6 % respectively, through the mechanisms by these fungi resistance toward the pathogenic fungi. Additionally, the results of the study show that the treatment of two genotype injured plant of Chickpea (GHAB 5, FLIP 90-13C) by the pathogenic Fungi, with salicylic acid gives the start signal in the systemic acquired resistance which results in the reduction of the disease whether through the number of the infected leaf and through improving the indicators growth especially with the concentrations 022 and 250mg/L.
