Français Résumé : The present research aims to characterize the argumentation in the televised French-speaking debate; through a study conducted on the debate ""Criminal Court, the reform,"" presented by Ahmed Lahri and difused on December 6, 2010, on Canal Algeria, by the program ""Questions d'Actu. The whole of the interventions of the speakers of this debate constitutes our corpus. In this study which is inscribed, at the same time, in the analysis of the discourse and the conversational analysis, we proceeded to a general description of the argumentative dynamics, while we are particularly interested in the use of arguments by the speakers. This led us to classify the arguments according to the type of influence they exert, using several typologies, essentially that of P. Breton. Our study allowed us, among other things, to make a confrontation between the speakers' arguments and to note their similarities and divergences, to see the impact of the theme of the day on the exchange and to appreciate the dual role of the 'journalistfacilitator' of the debate. of education of French foreign language in medium cycle, in the installation of
editorial competence, is that he sums up main difficulties that these schoolboys of the
4th AM, in product meet. This job is therefore meant to be a mirror reflecting the
pedagogic reality of this issue, which did not stop a suscitellicitude, often anxious,
teachers, parents and an instructive frame, with a view to ameliorating actual situation,

It is essentially based on the argument or the evidence that aims to persuade. In this respect, we can consider the prophetic discourse as the discourse, par excellence, which is addressed to various recipients (receivers) and whose main objective is the construction, the rectification of concepts, or the change of certain situations, the speech of the Prophet (SBDL) is undeniably a linguistic structure based on argumentation.
Unfortunately, the speech of the Prophet (hadith) is not the subject of work by researchers specialized in modern linguistics. The dispute remains between the grammarians and the researchers in order to give it the place that suits it within the authority of the text. Thus, many illustrious grammarians do not consider it a source of
their studies, and they prefer the speeches of Arabs of the pre-Islamic era, for several reasons.
Moreover, the prophetic discourse is a linguistic structure or an organization of signs, which depend on rules and norms, in the service of meaning, as evoked by Abdelkahir, in his Dalails (proofs), and explained by Ferdinand de Saussure, in his general linguistics courses.Thus, it is no longer possible, scientifically speaking, to
accept the impressionistic interpretations of the prophetic discourse, which are based on simple subjectivity, without taking into account the linguistic foundations.
Based on the previous findings, I wanted to include my current research project in the field of pragmatics, that of argumentation, considered a sector benefiting from many works. This is why I opted for the Prophet's speech (the hadith) as the object of this study.
I allow myself to explain the motives behind the choices of this topic:
-This is a current topic and the subject of modern Arabic studies, and the lack of applied studies concerning it.
This subject is the center of my concerns, since I consider the hadeeth as an argumentative and persuasive speech, aiming to influence the recipient and to induce, at his place, a precise behavior.

Français Résumé : By tapping into the world of media communication, the ambition of this work takes care to describe one of his tools, idol of the modern era, namely advertising, in this case mainly the one we found on television. Thesémiopragmatique approach, marked and enriched by other disciplines of linguistics, actually allows to describe an area filled as technical and aesthetic strategies. From this, the approach proposed in this thesis, supported by a methodological apparatus of the pragmatics of language on the one hand and semiotic models on the other hand, try out a comprehensive vision of the various strategies implemented by the advertising of two distinct contexts: Algerian and French. In this sense, first the work submits a large sample of television
commercials as cited in a comparative analytical approach and essentially within three major ""organizations"", namely expository, argumentative and iconic. These are tied to the context of the same broadcast, dependent on sociocultural presuppositions of the audience and often play a decisive role in the design of commercial. Then the vision moves towards the recipient body whose investigation leads to a series of performances sometimes positive and sometimes negative and partially shared or neutral to the omnipresence of advertising on the one hand and the extent of its strategies on the other hand.
