It is essentially based on the argument or the evidence that aims to persuade. In this respect, we can consider the prophetic discourse as the discourse, par excellence, which is addressed to various recipients (receivers) and whose main objective is the construction, the rectification of concepts, or the change of certain situations, the speech of the Prophet (SBDL) is undeniably a linguistic structure based on argumentation.
Unfortunately, the speech of the Prophet (hadith) is not the subject of work by researchers specialized in modern linguistics. The dispute remains between the grammarians and the researchers in order to give it the place that suits it within the authority of the text. Thus, many illustrious grammarians do not consider it a source of
their studies, and they prefer the speeches of Arabs of the pre-Islamic era, for several reasons.
Moreover, the prophetic discourse is a linguistic structure or an organization of signs, which depend on rules and norms, in the service of meaning, as evoked by Abdelkahir, in his Dalails (proofs), and explained by Ferdinand de Saussure, in his general linguistics courses.Thus, it is no longer possible, scientifically speaking, to
accept the impressionistic interpretations of the prophetic discourse, which are based on simple subjectivity, without taking into account the linguistic foundations.
Based on the previous findings, I wanted to include my current research project in the field of pragmatics, that of argumentation, considered a sector benefiting from many works. This is why I opted for the Prophet's speech (the hadith) as the object of this study.
I allow myself to explain the motives behind the choices of this topic:
-This is a current topic and the subject of modern Arabic studies, and the lack of applied studies concerning it.
This subject is the center of my concerns, since I consider the hadeeth as an argumentative and persuasive speech, aiming to influence the recipient and to induce, at his place, a precise behavior.

وإذا كان المنجز النقدي لسعد مصلوح قد شمل موضوعات كثيرة، فإنّه خصّ الأسلوبية الإحصائية بقسط وافر من دراسته، وعلى رأسها الأسلوبية الإحصائية التي تناولها من الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي؛ إذ درس في الجانب الأخير نماذج متعدّدة من النصوص الشعرية والروائية والمسرحية، لدى بعض الأعلام البارزين في الأدب العربي، من خلال تطبيق مقاييس إحصائية محدّدة.
كما قدّم مشروعا رائدا، لم يسبق إليه من قبل ، وهو الجغرافية الأسلوبية، معتمدا على منجزات الجغرافية اللغوية، والأسس التي قامت عليها، موضّحا طرق المعالجة ومراحلها، مبرزا الفرق بين الجغرافية اللغوية والجغرافية الأسلوبية.
This research deals with the linguistic critism of Saad Musloh; where he dealt with the relation ship between literary critism and linguistic; from the revolution which brought by the
latter to the study of linguage.
Although the Suriss linguistics excluded the litrary texts from the field of study at the beggening , it returned again to distinguish between the study of linguistic discourse and the
literary one which led to a closer relation ship between critism and linguistics and it was the reason of the appearance of conisstant of curriculms which based on linguistics ,as stylistic, structuralism, deconsrulism, semiotic, and poetics. Also I talked about the opinion of Saad Musloh from this relation ship, which he saw as the basis of any literary critism and he required the linguistic knowledge any critism exercise. And if the critism achievement of Dr Musloh has addressed many topics, he gave a great part of his study to stylistics and he dealt speacially with stylistic statistical which he studied from both theoretical and applied (practical) as he studied in the latter (applied) several models of poetic tescts, nrrative, play and critism of some prominent arab lierature figures through a specific statistical measures.
He also presented a pioneer project that has never been before wich is geostylistic based on the achievements of geolinguistic; its basis analysis methods and its stages highlighting the defference between geolinguistic and geostylistic.
In addition to the subject of grammatical text, he provided a thearitical imput on this new science with some adaptation . In the light of his achievements into i;portant books have been studied "" The key to the sciences"" of Abu Yaakoub Sakaki qnd the book of "" The arabic language, meaning and structure"" of Tamam Hassan , shouing the relationship of the two books with grammatical text .
He also presented a pratical study using the procedural tools used in the textual analysis represented in a jahilia poem for Elmoraqash Alassghar.
On the basis of thise studies results were found in the coclusion of the research.

For an in-depth investigation, Coca Cola Company has been chosen as the practical sample given the status it enjoys all over the world.
It is hypothesized in the study that it is possible to convey the two components
composing the international advertisement discourse in the light of international markets competition, through two main translation procedures used in transfering advertisements from English into Arabic: localization or adaptation. To reach the aims of the study, this dissertation has been divided into four chapters, two theoretical and two reamaining others practical.
The first chapter reviews the literature on advertisement, which depends on a commercial goal that is considered a relevant element in the chain of marketing and a
motivating factor for products to be marketed by a producer to a national consumer, and then to an international consumer. Despite its pragmatic aim, this does not prevent the advertisement discourse to impose itself both as a piece of art and literature. It is also apparent that the advertisement discourse is a hybrid discourse that can be either a communicationl discourse made up of source (advertiser), receiver (consumer), channel (auditory/written/audio-visual/electronic), message (advertisement discourse), context and code (linguistic and non linguistic signs). Also it is a cultural discourse that attempts to integrate cultural aspects which make the pragmatic necessity a living style convenient with
the different cultures. The steady progress of media leads eventually to the production of similar cultural messages and products. This paves the way to the occurrence of new type of advertisement namely as, The International Advertisement. Additionally, it is believed that the advertisement discourse is a complex semiotic discourse with linguistic and visual layouts which themselves contain two types of signs: linguistic and non linguistic. In fact, the advertisement translation is tightly related to its effect on the foreign consumer. This effect can be: zero effect, positive or negative.
In the practical chapters, the study analyses and criticises the translation procedures as used by Coca Cola Company in the rendition of international advertisements. The study clearly shows that both the linguistic and visual treatment of the advertisement followed the localization strategy of translation since the characteristics of the source discourse were apparent in the transfer, ignoring the target culture and imposing the source culture to become a means of promoting not only the product but also the American material culture as an international culture in the context of globalization. Despite this, the use of adaptation was
apparent in some cases to show contrasts in the genius of the source and target languages.
More importantly, the adaptation strategy was important to preserve some cultural aspects in the target culture that seemed to be non-negligible. Yet, resorting to both localization and adaptation was crucial in some cases in order to achieve natural language contact with the receiver and mirror the true image of the source culture, but it still remained important to maintain consistency between the linguistic and the visual layouts during the transfer to preserve the natural relation between them and their meanings in the source language.
As a conclusion, advertisement translation should exceed the linguistic framework to
include semiotic references that encompass linguistic, iconic and plastic signs. All in all, attempts to bypass translation and make English the Babel language seem to have a long way to go.

الكفاءة التواصلية بين الثقافات الكفاءة اللغوية الكفاءة البراغماتية الكفاءة الثقافية الثقافة البراغماتية منهج تقنيات ،تقييمIndex. décimale : 420 Anglais et vieil anglais (anglo-saxon) : indice de base 42 Résumé : In the light of the rapidly-changing world characterized by globalization, the concept of intercultural communicative competence is introduced to Foreign Language Teaching. This new construct has been propounded to supersede that of communicative competence in order to cater for the needs of learners to function effectively and appropriately with people from other cultures. Learners of English are required not just to develop their communicative skills, but also to adopt new attitudes of tolerance, empathy and acceptance of culture-specific norms and behaviours. These requirements are not systematically addressed by the teaching of English at Algerian universities. Particularly, and as a direct result, students at Mohammed Seddik Benyahia University, Jijel, are presumed to be not adept in managing intercultural contact and conversations even at advanced stages leading towards their graduation. On these accounts, a threefold aim is concocted for this study. The first aim is to diagnose the teaching of culture and its position in the implemented curriculum. The second and third aims pertain to suggesting a cultural pragmatic approach for teaching English at the tertiary level and assessing its effectiveness in developing learners’ intercultural communicative competence. To achieve the set aims, two hypotheses are formulated and tested out. The first stipulates that present teaching curricula, though incorporating culture and pragmatics of communication, seldom bring them to the forefront of teaching and, hence, do not serve the achievement of the desired outcome of improving learners’ intercultural communicative competence. It is put to the test using a questionnaire and a Discourse Completion Task designed to both teachers (n=16) and students (n=110), respectively. The data obtained revealed that teachers, though aware of the importance of culture, do not fully integrate it in their teaching syllabi, and that learners are unequipped with intercultural communicative competence. The second hypothesis maintains that using a cross-cultural pragmatic approach to teach English would result in enhancing this competence. It is tested by handing out two alternate tests to a control group and an experimental group of students (n=52) before and after intervention, which consists in implementing a semester-long cultural and pragmatic syllabus. Results of the pretest revealed convergent performances in and between the two groups of students, albeit failing to achieve passing scores. By the termination of the treatment period, the experimental group has not only outdone the control group in scores, but performed very positively on every aspect of intercultural communicative competence. On the basis of these findings, pedagogical recommendations are suggested to syllabus designers and teachers to assign culture adequate importance, one that is similar to language skills.

This new construct has been propounded to supersede that of communicative competence in order to cater for the needs of learners to function effectively and appropriately with people from other cultures. Learners of English are required not just to develop their communicative skills, but also to adopt new attitudes of tolerance, empathy and acceptance of culture-specific norms and behaviours. These requirements are not systematically addressed by the teaching of English at Algerian universities. Particularly, and as a direct result, students at Mohammed Seddik Benyahia University, Jijel, are presumed to be not adept in managing intercultural contact and conversations even at advanced stages leading towards their graduation. On these accounts, a threefold aim is concocted for this study. The first aim is to diagnose the teaching of culture and its position in the implemented curriculum. The second and third aims pertain to suggesting a cultural pragmatic approach for teaching English at the tertiary level and assessing its effectiveness in developing learners’ intercultural communicative competence. To achieve the set aims, two hypotheses are formulated and tested out. The first stipulates that present teaching curricula, though incorporating culture and pragmatics of communication, seldom bring them to the forefront of teaching and, hence, do not serve the achievement of the desired outcome of improving learners’ intercultural communicative competence.
