In the first part of This thesis we modelled by the Bond graph Method ,a photovoltaic system containing a photovoltaic, generator ,a converter, an Motor with D.C. current and a pump. To allow a better exploitation of solar energy we have adapts an order by MPPT, controlling converter DC/DC. A photovoltaic autonomous system was proposed, it makes it possible to model the system according to the real data of illumination and the temperature. This study makes it possible to evaluate the performances of an autonomous system of production of Electrical energy, low power, made up of a photovoltaic generator and a system of

States of the situations of energy, water and solar distillation in the world have been dressed. From this, two new solar still models have been developed, one theoretically: flowing solution over inclined flat plates solar still; and the other experimentally: canals solar still. To study the effect of significant parameters on the evaporated volume water of a flowing solution on a heated inclined plate or several inclined plates solar still, a mathematical two dimensional flow analysis was carried out based on continuity, momentum and energy equations for the liquid phase. It is shown that the significant parameters are the film thickness, the plate length and inclination, and the heat at the wall which represents the solar radiation absorbed by the plate. In the experimental studies, canals solar still prototype of 0, 6 m2 in area has been designed and tested. The tests have shown the effects of certain atmospheric, design and operational techniques parameters on the output and the operation of the solar still. It has been concluded that the solar radiation, the solar movement pursuit, the distance covered by the solution and a good thermal isolation, have a significant effects on the output of the solar still whose distilled water production has reached an appreciable quantity of 2,7 l (i.e. 4,8 l/m2). Finally, some propositions have been suggested for further study, to develop the two new types of solar stills. To increase the amount of distilled water we studied an active solar still modified with a sensible heat storage tank. Our prototype consists of a simple solar still consisting of a metallic cover which acts as the condenser. A type 'tube' heat exchanger is installed inside the still to heat the brine, a good insulation has been planned at the level of the posterior part of the solar still . As the performance of it is strongly influenced by the temperature difference between brine and coverage of the solar still , with cooling fins are placed on the outside of the cover. Our study we are seeing a significant improvement in the daily production. Our present work is aimed to enrich existing data by mathematical modeling of our prototype based on appropriate heat balances and the use of heat and mass coefficients, with some simplifying assumptions. The purpose of numerical simulation is the optimization of the parameters that affect the production of distilled water, giving an order of magnitude of what thermal storage can make to the proper functioning of a simple solar still
