Architecture et UrbanismeTags : Urbanisme Brèche de Constantine Composition Esthétique Cours de Annaba Index. décimale : 720 Architecture Résumé : This research work concerns the question of the aesthetics and the urban composition as well as the values of global plastic art and the coherence that it can provide. Placing the subject under a double point of view, at once urbanistic and historic, we were interested to it in a more urban than architectural scale and more diachronic than episodic events of the history of architecture and urban planning. This, through the consultation of authors such as Pierre Riboulet, Françoise Choay, Michel Ragon and Leonardo Benevolo, all interested at the same time to the town planning, the architecture and their theories while trying to reconstitute their progress and the major changes that took place. We tried to «redraw» the evolution of the composition and the urban aesthetic as concerns taken into account in the development of cities or city parts, to place both subjects chosen as analysis - composition around the place of «La Bréche» in Constantine and the «Cour de la Révolution» in Annaba - somewhere in this progress and to explain by the end through an examination based on the appreciation of Plans, ground occupations and divisions, the origins and the peculiarities of the compositions adopted while revealing the global urban aesthetics and its specificity in each of both studied cases. Globally, this work is an opportunity to retrieve interesting «manners» of planning partially lost with the acquired processes of the modern town planning. Algeria of colonial time was the one of the shock which followed the transplant of an original, new urban model and fundamentally different from the precedents. Beyond the violence and the indifference which the colonial architecture made live in the former inheritances, we were interested in what made this new model theoretically, in the forms and the layouts. We thus present here, a compilation of information about the urban composition and the aesthetics. Treated and restored in the form of chronological evolution, it presents a specific analysis of existing cases and a more global reflection on the history and the future of the aesthetics in the field of the town planning and urban composition. For this purpose, several morphological, organoleptic, physicochemical and aromatic analysis have been carried out using solid phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography combined with mass spectrometry (GCMS). Morphological characterization of these varieties reveals their acceptable quality; they have a weight ranging from 6.63 to 15.98 g, a length of 3.33 to 4.36 cm, a diameter of 1.83 to 2.73 cm and a weight ratio (pulp / fruit) between 85.97 and 93.61%. In addition, the organoleptic characterization shows that these dates have a flavoured taste. Moreover, these varieties show excellent physicochemical quality; they have a total sugar content 59.68 - 76.29%, a pH between 6.57 - 7.17, a acidity 0.16 - 0.24%, an ash content 1,77 - 3.15%, a total lipid content 0.012 - 0.1% MF and a water content of 17.66 to 38.66%. On the other hand, the analysis of volatile fraction of the studied varieties showed their aroma composition, 61 volatile compounds were identified which can be categorized into eight classes according to their functional groups: 14 alcohols, 15 esters, 12 aldehydes, 3 terpenoids, 4 ketones, 8 saturated hydrocarbons, 3 unsaturated hydrocarbons and 2 ethers. 48 new compounds were identified which can distinguish the Algerian date from the other dates studied. Biologie Résumé : The wound healing potentialities of traditional Algerian phyto-pharmacopeia lie usually in some oily preparations, that their nutritional and pharmacological properties are related to an overall and synergic action of their bioactive constituents. This study resets on measuring of some physico-chemical and phytochemical parameters (chromatography HPlC, GC-MS and LC-MS/MS) of argane oil (HAS), of lipophylic extracts obtained from lentiscus fruits (EHPL) and Barbary fig seeds (EHOFI), and alcoholic extracts (EA) from the three plants, as well as a toxico-pharmacological evaluation of three oily preparations in animal (mousse, rabbit).
Obtained hysico-chemical parameters for the three oily preparations are comparable to those
published for similar preparation. The phytochemical tests showed the relative high contents
In these three plants of lipophylic extracting material; of proteins (EHOFI 28.39, HAS 26.21
and EHPL 23.85%), of unsaturated fatty acids (HAS 88, EHOFI 81.2 and EHPL 74.15%), of
unsaponifiable [α-tocophérol (EHOFI 21.34, EHPL 15.8 et HAS 7.44mg/100g) ; et phytostérols (EHPL 261, EHOFI 146, et HAS 134 mg/100g)], of total phenols for EAAS (35.57mg/g) and high total flavonoïds for the three alcoholic extract. The quantification of main constituents showed that EHOFI is riche on -linolénic ac. (57 %), while the fatty acids oleic and linoleic are presents in high quantities in HAS (44.4 et 36,69 %) and EHPL (48.91 et 21,86 %) respectively. -sitostérol is the main constituent for the three oily preparations. EAPL extract showed a dominant presence of gallic ac. (2092,39µg/g), quinic ac. (1519,84 µg/g), while EAOFI showed the presence of quinic ac. (83,57 µg/g) and chlorogénic ac. (16,37µg/g), as high polyphénols contents. On the toxicological part, the three oily products tested on rabbits, are considered non irritant neither on eye and skin, nor on anal mucosa. Their acute toxicity study on mice showed an absence or low down toxicity of the three oily preparations, by oral and intraperitonel routes. The evaluation of wound healing activity of the three oily preparations on excised wounds on rabbits showed less convincing results for EHPL than those obtained for EHOFI and HAS. These two latter treatments promote significantly (p≤0.05*) wound healing process on rabbits wounds during all treatment period.
