The flow domain has been divided into two zones, one near-wall, the boundary layer, which is responsible for friction phenomena, and the other, an external zone where flow is considered potential.
The potential flow is studied by the panel method for the determination of the external velocity distribution necessary for the treatment of the boundary layer.
The boundary layer was studied using the PRANDTL model and the KELLER method by reducing the order of the first-order differential equations, the writing of the algebraic equations, and the linearization by the Newton method via an iterative calculation process and finally the resolution by the method of elimination by blocks.
The distributions of the pressure and lift coefficients were determined and examined for different Mach numbers and different angles of attack with varying relative thickness.
Thermal control by wall heating or wall cooling was studied and the results demonstrated only the effectiveness of the wall cooling control on the recoil of the separation point around 10% of the chord of the profile.
The dynamic control by suction or blowing has demonstrated its effectiveness on the decline of the separation point; the decline has reached 10% of the chord of the profile.
The superimposition of the thermal and dynamic control procedures demonstrated once again more efficiency on the retreat of the boundary layer separation point with a gain of 15% of the chord of the profile.

The numerical resolution of the equations governing the physical problem, is done using the commercial code ""Fluent"" and a mesh generation software ""gambit"". The discretization of the non-linear, partial differential equations, is obtained using the finite volumes method. The lift and drag coefficient distributions and the velocity field and thus the streamlines flow field, are calculated and analyzed with and without control to find out the control efficiency. A parametric study of the jet control defined by the jet angle and its location, the jet width as well as its frequency, is carried out. By varying the angle and the location of the jet, the results show that a jet angle equal to 45° situated at 15% from the leading edge, reduce more the size of the separated region. Also, a 2% jet width for different jet angles, leads to a better control efficiency with a more reduction of the separated zone and a better increase in lift. Finally, by varying the jet frequency F+ and the jet velocity Vr, the separated zone disappears completely for a frequency equal to 2.5 and any Vr bigger than 2. The study done over different symmetrical NACA profiles, show that the control concept is as much efficient as the profile is thin producing a better increase in performances. This thesis is based on the rigorous application of the theory of nonlinear dynamics and chaos to cardiac electrophysiology and more precisely to the control of cardiac alternans with a control signal constructed from measurements of the action potential duration (APD). A first axis of this work consists in a new approach by adapted control methods in order to delete an asymptotically stable periodic orbit undesired. The second axis concerns the development of control methods to achieve not only the suppression of unwanted stable periodic dynamics (such as cardiac alternation leading to ventricular fibrillation and sudden death) but also to control other chaotic dynamics than heart dynamics. The third axis focuses on the development of a mathematical model of the APD with memory to obtain a new control parameter, and a spectrum of new bistabilities between some cardiac rhythms. The practical benefits of this theoretical mathematical work is to achieve control of cardiac alternation with the prospect of improving implantable electronic devices designed to suppress cardiac alternation.Diplôme : Doctorat en sciences En ligne : ../theses/math/KES7434.pdf Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=11174 Etude de systemes dynamiques chaotiques. This work addresses the study of the control of autonomous Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircrafts. We focus on multi-rotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). We first study the dynamic modeling of this class of UAVs. Using the Euler-Newton formalism, the differential equations are derived as a generalized model to describe the behavior of a multi-rotor UAV with an even number N of rotors. In a second step, we analyze the control approaches used in the literature for multi-rotors stabilization and path / trajectory tracking. Based on the dynamic model developed, we propose a hierarchical structure for the vehicle control. The proposed control approach consists of combining the Proportional, Integral, Derivative (PID) algorithm with the integral Back-stepping algorithm. We also discuss the effect of a complete rotor fault on the behavior of the vehicle. The guidance of UAVs is another element addressed in this work. We present a study of the different algorithms applied for the planning of 3D paths. We then present our contribution in the path planning for UAVs. It is a method of path planning, minimizing the path length and maximizing the distance to obstacles, based on the skeletonization of the 3D environment while taking into account the size of the vehicle. The proposed method has been tested and proves capable of producing optimal solutions in terms of safety and path length.

The judicial police is a body set up by the Algerian legislature, like other leading world procedural legislation, to deal with the criminal phenomenon, as it plays, through the powers conferred on it by the legislature, an effective role in preparing public prosecutions and assisting the competent judicial authorities in the repression of criminals. In addition to the powers and tasks that the legislator has granted to the judicial police, the suspect in place of these procedures has allowed a set of guarantees that limit the abuses that members of the judicial police may commit when carrying out research and investigation, and to this end he has subjected his activities to the subordination and control of the judicial authorities, without forgetting his determination of personal responsibility for the law The member breaches the research and investigation procedures. Through this study, we have tried to find out these powers, duties and restrictions on their health and responsibility for their violations, in order to ensure a balance between the fight against crime without infringing the suspect's individual rights and freedoms.Note de contenu :
