In a first phase, the electrical characteristics can be calculated and explored by a optical study consecrated to explore the optical properties of these cells such as the absorption coefficient and the generation rate that govern the absorption properties of the solar cell and based on the latter coefficients in conjunction of the experimental data, we calculated the charge carriers motilities into the active layer. In the second phase, we made another study on the effect of the electric charges recombination into the active layer (P3HT:PCBM) in order to know the probability of the carriers of the charges recombination in vicinity of the donor / acceptor interface for each studied micro device, everything was done by the solar cell simulator (Comsol Multiphysics) that based on the finite element method. The final phase is consecrated for the comparison of our new obtained results with both numerical and experimental approaches provided by the literature in order to validate our proposed approach.

This thesis aims to: study, design and comparison of innovative generators adapted to the conversion of renewable energies, especially wind power in a direct drive. From a power (1.5 MW) and speed (1.55 rad / s) data given, we are dimensioned analytically two innovative topologies of machines to associate with a wind turbine with high power without gearbox.
The first topology is a Permanent Magnets Synchronous Machine with Low Speed (PMSMLS) and the second topology is an innovative generator for wind turbine that is the Switched Reluctance Machine with Low Speed (SRMLS), therefore, with large diameters. Start by an analytical model, we calculated the main dimensions of PMSMLS and the SRMLS and simulated operation of the generators from a numerical approach based on the finite element method.
Eventually, we performed a comparatives analysis of design equations, volumes, weights and costs of two different topologies of wind turbines generators studied (PMSMLS and the SRMLS).
Our work was mainly focused on the permanent magnet generator because this machine seems to be the most cost effective and most widely used in recent years. However, thanks to developments made in different areas and with the high cost of the magnets, the switched reluctance generator interests more researchers and industry for wind generators applications. - 109 f. ; 30 cm.

Tubular steel structures are widely used in the construction of offshore platforms; several types of junctions are used in this field. The tubular members are assembled by welding, thus forming complex brace/chord intersections which represent structural discontinuities leading to high stress concentration in the vicinity of the weld bead. These joints are subjected to repeated loading over time leading to fatigue damage, hence the need to predict stresses around welded intersections. It is with this in mind that a numerical modeling of the mechanical behavior was carried out using two software programs ANSYS, and COMSOLMULTIPHYSICS. A numerical modeling in 2D with thin Shell elements and 3D with 20 Nodes solid elements was carried out by applying three basic loadings axial loading AX, in-plane bending “IPB”, out-of-plane bending “OPB” and a combined loading COM, aiming to predict the concentrations of stresses around the weld bead area. The results obtained show that for the three types of loadings AX, OPB and COM; the maximum stresses are located at saddle point However, for IPB loading they are located in a position between the two crown and saddle points. A parametric study was also performed to analyze the effect of the dimensionless geometric parameters α, , , β, . The results of SCf are validated by the parametric equations.

المحددة المردودIndex. décimale : 621 Electronique Résumé : The PVT coupling is to combine a photovoltaic (PV) to a thermal heating system (heat sensor), such a system allows to improve the efficiency of the PV module (negative effect of decreased temperature) while extracting heat calories useful heating.
The objective of this study was to evaluate the energy performance of a new hybrid photovoltaic thermal sensor (PV/T) based on a new configuration of the absorber developed within the Unit for Applied Renewable Energy. The study is done as follows; modeling the energy performance of the hybrid prototype MATLAB in one dimension in dynamic mode.
And seen to predict the performance of the system in real conditions a digital 3D simulation with commercial software has been implemented, our choice fell on the Comsol Multiphysics software.
Model validation was performed experimentally; the simulation results are in good agreement with experimental measurements. The advantage of such a structure is the simplicity of implementation by contribution to the model of PV/T tube and energy saving improvement comparing to that in the model PV/T vessel, not to mention the lower cost resulting from the use of galvanizing steel in the manufacture of the absorber compared to copper.
A numerical approach of a second new configuration of PV/T hybrid collector was established under COMSOL to confirm the feasibility of such a design. From the simulation results, we find that this second PVT configuration can effectively reduce the temperature of the photovoltaic module and consequently improve the electrical performance.
