The objective of this study was to evaluate the energy performance of a new hybrid photovoltaic thermal sensor (PV/T) based on a new configuration of the absorber developed within the Unit for Applied Renewable Energy. The study is done as follows; modeling the energy performance of the hybrid prototype MATLAB in one dimension in dynamic mode.
And seen to predict the performance of the system in real conditions a digital 3D simulation with commercial software has been implemented, our choice fell on the Comsol Multiphysics software.
Model validation was performed experimentally; the simulation results are in good agreement with experimental measurements. The advantage of such a structure is the simplicity of implementation by contribution to the model of PV/T tube and energy saving improvement comparing to that in the model PV/T vessel, not to mention the lower cost resulting from the use of galvanizing steel in the manufacture of the absorber compared to copper.
A numerical approach of a second new configuration of PV/T hybrid collector was established under COMSOL to confirm the feasibility of such a design. From the simulation results, we find that this second PVT configuration can effectively reduce the temperature of the photovoltaic module and consequently improve the electrical performance.

by the emission of gases, renewable energy sources (photovoltaic, wind ...) represent an interesting alternative for the electrification of isolated sites. However, these
sources have a disadvantage of being dependent on weather conditions. In order to reduce fluctuations in production caused by the random nature of these resources and to
satisfy the requirements of the load the solution to be retained is the assembly of the different sources of electric power generation.
This work is a contribution to the study of an autonomous hybrid energy system, which consists of systems: photovoltaic (PV), wind, PEM fuel cell and a storage system on
several aspects: modeling, supervision and simulation. Energy storage is a key factor in an isolated site hybrid energy system. However, it is characterized by a very limited
lifespan and high cost. In order to avoid its degradation by deep discharges or overloads on the one hand and on the other hand to optimally manage the energy obtained
from the various available energy resources, a management strategy based on The state of charge of the battery (SOC) is designed to control the proposed autonomous
multi-source system. Where PV and wind systems are considered primary sources, while the PEMFC and the battery are used as emergency sources, the electrolysis is used
to consume the excess power available when the battery is fully charged.
The modeling and simulation of the PV and wind systems were presented with an MPPT command to maximize the power delivered. To maintain the DC bus voltage at its
reference value, a modified control algorithm is proposed which requires the control of the bidirectional converter to DC / DC current between the battery and the DC bus.
The results obtained with the Matlab / Simulink software show the efficiency of the various commands used.

In recent years, hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites have emerged as a new class of semiconductors with very interesting optoelectronic properties for photovoltaic devices. This thesis focuses on the deposition of CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite materials by spin-coating on glass substrates. The effects of the nature of the solvent and the speed of rotation on the morphology of the films and the structure are studied. Two solvents are used:N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and a mixture of dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) with DMF. The rotation speed varies between 700 and 2000 rpm.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observations indicate that the films prepared are not continuous with varying morphologies; the films are formed of elongated fibers. The structural characterization of the films revealed that the latter have a tetragonal structure of the prepared perovskite with a preferential orientation towards (110). The optical and electrical characterizations have shown that the CH3NH3PbI3 films deposited by spin coating have good optoelectronic properties. good absorbance in the visible range with an optical gap equal to1.54eV. The electrical characterizations have shown that the CH3NH3PbI3 films prepared are resistive; the thin layers of CH3NH3PbI3 turn out to be very sensitive to several factors: humidity, oxygen, light irradiation, On the other hand, the study of the heterojunction was made by the IV and CV techniques which made it possible to determine the electrical parameters heterojunction.

Global energy consumption is constantly increasing with the reduction of fossil energy
resources. With the opening of electric power markets and state incentives, decentralized generation based on renewable energies is developing in all countries. Among renewable sources, wind turbines and photovoltaic (PV) systems presenting great interests. Our aim is to connect the renewable solar energy generator to the low voltage grid and to check the availability of all ideal connection conditions and to add the uncertainty rate of the inverter to ensure good energy without any Attached to the return of the electrical network. First, a brief theoretical overview of solar technology was presented. Then, we studied and simulated the photovoltaic panel. We have carried out a general study on the various methods that follow the maximum power MPPT, constitutes a study on the converter (DC-DC) used in the majority of the photovoltaic systems (PV) that they are connected to the electrical network and their method (MLI, fuzzy logic). We will try to connect system with a BT network by a three-phase inverter controlled by the MLI.Note de contenu :
