Due to its state of degradation and our position as a citizen and resident, as well as due to our function of architect of sites and historic monuments, this quarter concerns us, and we derive a hypothesis and objectives for its reconstruction.
The hypothetical response to safeguard the historic center of Constantine is in the reconstruction of the Souika listed in a process of rehabilitation and conservation integrated (to promote a balance between living environment and lifestyle), as lever and action unavoidable.
Our goal is to strengthen the value to store in this quarter. For this purpose, a diagnosis in its diversities dimensions, is a prerequisite; for an inventor and analysis of prevailing architectural and constructive typologies, as well as urban morphology whose degree of permanence persist and affect the plot, the street layout and the frame By basing us on the tools-concepts, the normative acts, the analysis of models and the studies performed, and finally the diagnosis by the typo morphological analysis, we tend to answer the question of how to reconstruct.
Finally, in this action research, qualitative and explanatory which has limits, our intervention is focused on the recovery of the urban fabric of traditional by the return of the street layout, and its plot its significant architectural and construction types. The author has highlighted several facts of his life to amplify the charge of an autobiographical novel that focuses on the death of his father, a father who symbolizes the end of the first generation of emigrants who comes from Maghreb to France thinking living decent life, thinking that France is a paradise, but the true life turns out to be something else, if not a hell.

L’objectif de ce travail est d’étudier la possibilité de substituer la présure par la pepsine de poulet comme agent coagulant du lait. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons procédé à l’extraction de la pepsine de poulet à partir des proventricules, et la caractérisation de l’extrait enzymatique obtenu.Afin de comparer l’effet de la pepsine à celui de la présure, nous avons approché la cinétique de la protéolyse, le type d’interactions impliquées dans la formation du gel, le comportement rhéologique, la cinétique de la synérèse et la capacité de rétention d’eau du gel.Les résultats obtenus ont montré que la floculation par la pepsine de poulet se produit à un taux de libération d’azote non protéique inférieure à celui de la présure.L’étude des interactions a permis de montrer l’importance des liaisons hydrophobes et les liaisons hydrogènes dans la formation du gel. Nous n’avons noté au cune différence entre les deux gels pour les interactions hydrophobes, alors que pour les liaisons hydrogène le gel pepsine présente un taux supérieur à celui du gel présure.L’approche des liaisons calciques n’a pas été concluante et nécessite une expérimentation complémentaire. L’étude rhéologique, menée avec le système destructif des cylindres coaxiaux, a permis de montrer l’évolution du caractère visqueux lors de la coagulation. Nous avons remarqué, une légère diminution de la viscosité avant la floculation visible à l’œil nu ;
suivie d’une phase caractérisée par l(augmentation rapide de la viscosité. Après formation du gel, la viscosité atteint un maximum puis tend à diminuer. Le gel présure présente le même comportement rhéologique que le gel pepsine.
Les gels pepsine et présure semblent être des gels de type rhéofluidifiant à caractère pseudoplastique.
La cinétique de la synérèse a montré que pour un temps de floculation de15 min ; il n’existe aucune différence significative entre le deux gels. L’augmentation de la concentration enzymatique et par conséquent le temps de floculation, entraîne une au gm entation du taux d’exsudation du lactosérum. En conclusion, nous n’avons noté aucune différence significative pouvant empêcher la substitution de la présure par la pepsine de poulet lors de la phase de coagulation, il serait très intéressant, d’étudier l’effet de cette substitution sur différents

For spatial-temporal decorrelation, these standards adopt the Hybride method. This method is based on temporal compensated prediction of current image from preceding image using the motion vector (MV), and transform coding of residual image. In the case of still multispectral images, there are several methods developped for spatial decorrelation of the neighbouring pixels in the same band, and spectral decorrelation of the pixels in the same position into different bands. There is some algorithms of compression use vector quantization. Other algorithms based on combining orthogonal transforms such as (DCT, DWT, KLT) . And others combine predictive methods intra or inter bands with transform coding. In fact, RGB images are three bands multispectral images, to which the preceding algorithms can be applied. But, these algorithms consider only multispectral images. In our work, we have developed a video coder for RGB model of colour images, based on spectral method. For comparison, we had integrated to our coder a program for video coding YUV model of colour images, based on temporal compensation method. Then we obtain a coder operating with several modes. This first one MC (Motion-Compensated) mode which is coding YUV image with temporal compensation shows the best results that proofs the temporal compensated efficiency. This algorithm is used as a reference to compare our algorithms with The second mode SC ( Shift- compensated) which Codes RGB images using shift vectors ( between pixels value in the same position in G and R bands on the one hand, and in B and R bands on the other hand), yields good results. Then, we improved the SC from which we derived the new mode denoted by SC* (where the shift vectors are ignored in coding phase because, they can be deducted at decoder from motion vector and reference frame). Then, the performances of SC* mode are more close to those for MC mode.
