The objective of the current research is to explore the research quality of second-year Licence students of English in the University of 8 Mai 1945, Guelma (Algeria), and the influence of autonomy and integrity on this quality. Hence, two hypotheses were specified: First, training students to use research techniques and sanctioning plagiarists could lead to high-quality research. Second, high autonomy could result in research quality improvement. To test the first hypothesis, the experimental method was adopted through the Solomon four-group design. Four groups were selected randomly from second-year students of English. To test the second hypothesis, a students questionnaire was administered. Besides, a teachers interview was conducted to corroborate the results with those of the students‘ questionnaire. A pre-test as well as a test on plagiarism (Plagiarism Checker-X) were administered before the experiment to assess the students‘ research quality and academic integrity and ensure the equivalence of the groups. Findings from the plagiarism test, the pre-test, and the teachers‘ interview showed that the research quality of the majority of the students is average at best. An experiment was conducted by training students to conduct research through paraphrasing, citation, quoting, and referencing as well as raising their awareness of independent research stages through the Research Skill Development Framework (Willison & O‘Regan, 2016). Findings from the post-test and the second plagiarism test revealed that more than half of the students in the experimental group avoided plagiarism due to the training and plagiarists‘ sanctioning. Quantitative data from the students‘ questionnaire indicated that the students‘ research quality is average due to their average level of autonomy. Therefore, both hypotheses were confirmed. Eventually, imposing an ethical code for each department and using sanctioning as a deterrence strategy are highly recommended.Note de contenu :

This is to overcome the difficulties of learners enrolled in Level II for reading comprehension, help them build the meaning of a written text.
The strategy of questioning, understood, allow learners to acquire more autonomy in reading comprehension by scaffolding from the teacher. Thus, during a session of the writing, the teacher has exercised learners to acquire
cognitive and reflexive attitude in reading comprehension. To do this and in parallel with the course taught by the Taxi II method, we proposed three other courses presented on cognitive method. Learners of the five groups were asked to examine the same texts in the light of the interpretative, of implicit and other information. A PISA test them was presented to detect difficulties for correct understanding.
From a questionnaire, we could build an idea about the concept which learners and teachers about the act of reading in a teaching / learning situation.
The results have enlightened us on the scope of the text questioning its didactic importance, which will promote reading comprehension.

Indeed, the technical nature of tax law and recent developments in this law demonstrate the changing relationship between the tax administration and the taxpayer.
Evidence in tax law, whether in relation to office or administration, has particularities in that it is so independent that it allows it to establish its own rules.
But to speak of any particularism can often lead to evoking the autonomy, because if it is true that the proof in tax law is particular, is it a mere particularism or a true autonomy?
To claim that requires a conceptual study of tax law and the right to evidence, their possible autonomy would present a serious argument in the perspective of the autonomy of the evidence in tax law. Objective evidence and the judge also contribute to this perspective.Diplôme : Doctorat en sciences En ligne : ../theses/droit/BEN1466.pdf Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=10598 La preuve en droit fiscal. Français Résumé : This research sheds lights on the importance of taking notes as a strategy in the apprenticeship process. The strategy in question is very interesting in all the levels, especially at the university where the learner is confronting a magisterial course.
The first part of the thesis is theoretic. It has two chapters. The first one counts for note-taking apprenticeship strategy cognitive. It situates the concept of “apprenticeship strategy” in the didactic of the languages history. The second chapter presents the multiple situations of note-taking. This should reveal the richness and utility of this activity.
The second part of the thesis is practical. It is formed of tree chapters. The first one presents the analysis and the results achieved thanks to a questionnaire given to the students. The questionnaire permit to check if the student needs the taking notes strategy in their apprenticeship process and also examine their motivation, their consciousness as for the utility of the notes taking strategy; the conception and functioning of during a course and also post note-taking activity and after all their formation as for the strategy in question.
The second chapter presents the talks and interviews analysis done with the students. The talks approach the points which expect explanations from the part of the students, for example: the note taking evolution among the students from a module to another and also from one year to another.
Finally, the third chapter of the practical part concerns the analysis of the students’ works. It permits to check if the student focus on the sense or better on the clues in the teachers’ purposes in the research of the essential information, if they use the abbreviations and if they are able to draft starting from their taken notes.
