This study is the first study conducted on the morphological and ostéométriques characterization of kulls sheep in Algeria. It was worn on twenty-six quantitative variables and thirty-two qualitative variables for a sample of 30 heads (15 males and 15 females). There is a perfect agreement between the results of the qualitative and quantitative study, they show the presence of two major morph type of skull (thin and thick), more heads that bring some characteristics of the first and more of the second type, These results show that the diversity of sheep even affects his bone morphology, and that it also differs from his age group to another and from one sex to the other. Si content (CSi) was varied by changing the power applied on the Si target, whereas that on Zr target was kept constant. Four series of samples have been deposited at various substrate temperatures: room temperature, 240 °C, 440 °C and 640 °C. The evolution of morphology,
crystalline structure, grain size and lattice constant has been investigated by X-ray diffraction analyses. Nanohardness, stress and resistivity measurements provide complementary information, which validate the proposed 3-step model for the film formation of the Zr-Si-N system deposited by reactive magnetron cosputtering. For low Si content the Si atoms substitute the Zr atoms in the ZrN lattice. Above the solubility limit, a nanocomposite film containing ZrN:Si nanocrystallites and amorphous SiNy is formed. Further increase of Si content results in a reduction of grain size (D), while the thickness of the SiNy layer at the crystallite surface remains constant. The increasing amount of the SiNy amorphous phase in the films is realized by increasing the surface to volume ratio of the crystallites. In this concentration range, the size of the crystallites in the Zr-Si-N films decreases according to the relationship CSi ~1/D. With
increasing the substrate temperature, the solubility limit of Si in ZrN decreases whereas the films’ global nitruration (CN /(CSi + CZr)) increases. The concentration dependence of the electrical resistivity is interpreted in terms of the variation of the SiNy layer thickness.
By controlling the thickness of individual layers (1-50 nm) and substrate bias (Vb = -25 V and V b = - 100V) two series of samples were prepared. The films were characterized using X-ray diffraction (DRX), cross-sectional electron microscopy (MET) and nanoindentation. The
measured hardness of multilayer films were found to be always higher than the rule of the mixture, but the magnitude of hardness enhancement was found to be dependent on the bilayer thickness and bias substrate. Decreasing progressively the layer thickness favors the alignment of

For that purpose, 200 children (99 boys and 101 girls ) aged between 13 and 15 , who study in middle schools in Biskra and don’t practise out – of- school sports activities , accepted to follow us in our researches during one school year .
they were divided into three groups taking into consideration the age and the sex . Measurement represented in height, weight and biceps, thighs, calves perimeters. in addition to calculations of the meagre weigh and fot heap percentage singe an indirect method :the cuttaneous pleats (durin and col 1974).the aerobe capacity l was determined indirectly by ( Leger and coll .1983). The anaerobe power by a race – track test of 45 m with 13m spring (Mathiewes and Fox 1976). The anaerobe capacity by a side leap test (song 1982). The results show that the quasi- totality of the boys morphological signs have significantly developed with a speeding up of a quick growing (age 13-15) . Whereas for the girls, the anthropometric signs were less significant from 13 to 15 years old and a soling- down of growth was remarks. The boy’s vo2 max had progressed in a non – significant manner with a relative flatting from 13to15 years old. But for girls it had significantly decreased during the same lapse . so , the vo2 max values of our boys are below norms for all ages whereas those of our girls correspond to the norms. Moreover, we remark an absence of a significant correlation of the vo2 max with the majority of morphological signs for both sexes.
The anaerobe capacity decreased significantly from 13-15 the values, set down , remain below normes presented by the author of this test (song 1982) .
The anaerobe power values observed in both girls and boys are scarcely avenage we remark also a significant correlation of the anaerobic capacity and anaerobic power with the majority of morphological signs especially weight, meagre weight and height .
The assessment of the morphological and functional characteristics of a sedentary population on open growth is very important to us. Biologie Résumé : The study of genetic diversity in a collection of the allotetraploid species Aegilops geniculata Roth(UM) collected in Algeria was assessed using morphological, biochemical and molecular approaches.
This was carried on a wide sampling following a climatic gradient throughout North Algeria. This estimation was preceded by assessing the genetic variability of the diploid progenitors of the tetraploid species (Ae. comosa and Ae. umbellulata) based on gluten proteins. For diploids, a significant variation
was revealed for the three classes of gluten proteins. Several new alleles corresponding to HMW-GS were identified and a nomenclature was proposed as: 8 alleles were found at the Glu-M1 locus (with 5 new alleles) and 3 alleles (with one new) at the Glu-U1 locus. For LMW-GS (B- zone), 14 and 7 alleles were revealed at Glu-M3 and Glu-U3 loci respectively. For gliadins, a typology was established.
Morphological diversity of Ae. geniculata was estimated using 15 descriptors. Individuals were morphologically homogenous and little differences were found between accessions. Results of PCA reveal that traits expressing the wide of the spike distinguished better between accessions. Biochemical analysis of glutenins showed a high level of polymorphism as; 15 alleles were recognized at the GluM1 locus and 12 at the Glu-U1 locus with a new subunit and several new alleles. For B-LMW-GS,
the locus Glu-M3 expressed 28 alleles and the locus Glu-U3 expressed 25 alleles. Thirty-two specific patterns were revealed for C-LMW-GS. With respect to gliadins, 61 polymorphic bands resulting in 35 gliadin blocks were found. The genetic diversity index indicated that ω-gliadins were the most polymorphic, followed by γ- and β-gliadin then α-gliadins. Molecular data based on RAPD showed a high polymorphism as 145 fragments were detected with a level of polymorphism of 79.31%.
The three studied approaches (morphology, proteins and DNA polymorphism) showed relationships between genetic variation of the accessions and ecogeographic conditions. Correlation between morphology and some climatic factors showed that some independent characters were correlated with the winter minimum temperature. The polymorphism detected in gliadins highlighted a strong correlation between ecogeographic parameters and some ω-gliadin bands especially the band B14.
RAPD polymorphism showed a strong correlation with ecological parameters."

In the following undertaking, we have dealt with both the annealing temperature effects and the addition of Sn and Al doping on the structural, morphological, optical, and photocatalytic proprieties of TiO2 thin films deposited by sol-gel dip-coating method onto glass and Si (100) substrates. For this reason, different investigative techniques were used such as XRD, Raman, SEM, AFM, UV-Visible spectroscopy, PL, XPS and the photocatalytic test. Studying the effect of the annealing temperature (450 and 500 °C) and the doping content (Sn and Al) on the TiO2/Glass film, we noted that the Sn doping deteriorates the crystallinity of TiO2 film, however the Al doping and the annealing temperature improve it. 500 °C is the optimum temperature to obtain a porous structure. The gap energy decreases with increasing Al content and annealing temperature. The Sn and Al dopants decrease the (e-/h+) recombination rate of TiO2/Glass films annealed at 500 °C. The photocatalytic results reveal that the two dopants Sn and Al improve the efficiency of TiO2/Glass, for
the degradation of RhB under the UV light irradiation. Investigating the effect of high annealing temperatures (from 600 to 1000 °C) on the different properties of TiO2/Si(100) film, we concluded that the additional of Sn doping promote the rutile structure, while the additional of Al doping favorite the anatase structure. The surface morphology of TiO2/Si(100) films is compact while that of Sn:TiO2/Si(100) and Al:TiO2/Si(100) is porous. The TiO2/Si(100) films have an absorption edge in UV region but it shifts towards the visible region after the addition of Sn and Al elements. 600 and 1000 °C are the optimums annealing temperatures for a good photocatalytic efficiency under the visible light irradiation, of 1 at.% Sn:TiO2/Si(100) and 3 at.% Al:TiO2/Si(100) films, respectively.

In the following undertaking, we have dealt with both the annealing temperature effects and the addition of Sn and Al doping on the structural, morphological, optical, and photocatalytic proprieties of TiO2 thin films deposited by sol-gel dip-coating method onto glass and Si (100) substrates. For this reason, different investigative techniques were used such as XRD, Raman, SEM, AFM, UV-Visible spectroscopy, PL, XPS and the photocatalytic test. Studying the effect of the annealing temperature (450 and 500 °C) and the doping content (Sn and Al) on the TiO2/Glass film, we noted that the Sn doping deteriorates the crystallinity of TiO2 film, however the Al doping and the annealing temperature improve it. 500 °C is the optimum temperature to obtain a porous structure. The gap energy decreases with increasing Al content and annealing temperature. The Sn and Al dopants decrease the (e-/h+) recombination rate of TiO2/Glass films annealed at 500 °C. The photocatalytic results reveal that the two dopants Sn and Al improve the efficiency of TiO2/Glass, for
the degradation of RhB under the UV light irradiation. Investigating the effect of high annealing temperatures (from 600 to 1000 °C) on the different properties of TiO2/Si(100) film, we concluded that the additional of Sn doping promote the rutile structure, while the additional of Al doping favorite the anatase structure. The surface morphology of TiO2/Si(100) films is compact while that of Sn:TiO2/Si(100) and Al:TiO2/Si(100) is porous. The TiO2/Si(100) films have an absorption edge in UV region but it shifts towards the visible region after the addition of Sn and Al elements. 600 and 1000 °C are the optimums annealing temperatures for a good photocatalytic efficiency under the visible light irradiation, of 1 at.% Sn:TiO2/Si(100) and 3 at.% Al:TiO2/Si(100) films, respectively.
