Langues : Anglais (eng) Catégories : Lettres et Langues Etrangères:Langue Anglaise Tags : Applied Language Studies Difficulties Students Translation English Polysemous Using Dictionary Index. décimale : 420 Langue anglaise Résumé : The present research attempts to investigate the difficulties that English second year students
meet when translating English polysemous words into Arabic using the bilingual dictionary. In
other words, this current research is concerned with the assessment of the bilingual
dictionaries, used by second year students, in terms of rendering English polysemous words.
So, the hypothesis that we set at the beginning of this research is, if the bilingual dictionaries
used by second year students do not provide the linguistic context, then students will not
succeed in the translation of polysemous words. The data were gathered by means of two
research tools namely, a test and a questionnaire that were administered to a sample of English
second year students. The analysis of the data confirms the truth of the aforementioned
hypothesis because the examined students failed in the translation of polysemous words which
show that their bilingual dictionaries do not provide the linguistic context. The obtained data
confirm also that the bilingual dictionary is not a helpful tool for students to translate
polysemous words as, in most cases, it misleads them to choose the right equivalents, due to
the fact that they are not accompanied with examples that show the learner the use of each
equivalent.Diplome : Master 2 Permalink : https://bu.umc.edu.dz/master/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=3466 Difficulties met by students in the translation of english polysemous words using the bilingual dictionary : A case study of second year students of english [texte imprimé] / Houda Bellir, Auteur ; Menouba Lounis, Auteur ; Riad Belouahem, Directeur de thèse . - CONSTANTINE [ALGERIE] : Université Frères Mentouri Constantine, 2011 . - 86 f. ; 30 cm.

(search extraterrestrial intelligence) entertains the hope to find other civilizations in our
galaxy, while ETI (extraterrestrial intelligence) might us them to send us messages, this
assuming that we know them particle physics Using Glashow resonance and the basics
neutrino interactions with matter, they may already has send us such signals and neutrino
detectors like Ice Cube could possibly see them. The signal is so clean that it is just a matter
of looking out for it in the data. In this thesis we discuss extensively the neutrino properties
useful to generally speaking produce/detect such SETI/ETI signals It may enable us to
understand better about neutrino application in our life and this is better the neutrinos
properties and its range of application in physics and even in our life.Diplome : Master 2 Permalink : https://bu.umc.edu.dz/master/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=8795 Galactic Communication Using Neutrinos [texte imprimé] / Meriem Belahssyane, Auteur ; Harrat M., Directeur de thèse . - CONSTANTINE [ALGERIE] : Université Frères Mentouri Constantine, 2016 . - 53 f. ; 30 cm.

Note générale : Une copie elelctronique PDF disponible en Buc. Langues : Anglais (eng) Catégories : Lettres et Langues Etrangères:Langue Anglaise Tags : Language Sciences Effects Learning Students Using English Tenses Index. décimale : 420 Langue anglaise Résumé : Tenses are considered to have a great importance in learning any language. Each
time we form a sentence, we need to select the appropriate tense. If this tense is misused
our meaning will not be conveyed. In this case teachers should choose the more suitable
method to present this language structures. One advocated technique is Cooperative
Learning to assist learners in their tense system achievement. This present dissertation
aims at investigating the role of Cooperative Learning technique in improving students’
performance while using English tenses through the use of two questionnaires. The
questionnaires are given for both teachers and students, that we analyze its results. The
information gathered from teachers’ and students’ questionnaire points out that second
year LMD students performance in English tenses will be developed after working in
groups. Therefore, these results lead us to say that Cooperative Learning is really useful
for second year LMD students to master the English tense system.Diplome : Master 2 Permalink : https://bu.umc.edu.dz/master/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=3515 The effects of cooperative learning on Students’ performance while using english tenses : The case of second year students at the department of english [texte imprimé] / Nassima Bedri, Auteur ; H. Langues : Anglais (eng) Catégories : Lettres et Langues Etrangères:Langue Anglaise Tags : Applied language studies Using English Songs Listening Comprehension Index. décimale : 420 Langue anglaise Résumé : This dissertation attempts to investigate second year L M D students' listening
comprehension achievement. This dissertation contains two chapters, including one test on the
effect of using the English song on the listening comprehension achievement. It aims at
describing, and analyzing, what the listening skill involves, and showing how English songs
can be used as a listening input in EFL classroom. An English song provides a great package
concerning language such as vocabulary. However, some difficulties face has been neglected
as a language skill, or practiced in inadequate ways which results in.In this study, we use a
test investigating second year LMD students‟ understanding and needs concerning the
listening comprehension component of the oral expression course, as well as the listening
input they had so far. As the results of the test show, students were keen on using songs as a
listening input. The results of the study tend to suggest the following methodological
procedures: practicing the rhythm, stress and the intonation patterns of the English language,
teaching vocabulary and grammar, developing listening comprehension. Learners tend to
relate the songs theme to their realities and to their personal experiencesDiplome : Master 2 Permalink : https://bu.umc.edu.dz/master/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=8918 The Impact of using english songs on listening comprehension [texte imprimé] / Meriem Boukni, Auteur ; Choubaila Remita, Auteur ; Harouni Zahri, Directeur de thèse . - CONSTANTINE [ALGERIE] : Université Frères Mentouri Constantine, 2016 . - 38 f. ; 30 cm.

master it. Students of English at the University of Constantine 1 embraced the idea of learning
via mobile devices, due to the effectiveness of such learning method that is based on the use of
different portable devices. The present study aims at investigating the impact of Mobile-learning
in enhancing the English student’s vocabulary at the University of Constantine 1. Also to prove
that students are able to acquire words not just inside the classroom but also in different contexts
or real situations while practicing their daily life by using this method of learning.Diplome : Master 2 Permalink : https://bu.umc.edu.dz/master/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=5184 The impact of using mobile learning in learning the english vocabulary : The case study of e.f.l students university of constantine 1 [texte imprimé] / Ibrahim Khalil Allaoui, Auteur ; Ahmed Chaouki Senoussi, Auteur ; Salah Kaouache, Directeur de thèse . - CONSTANTINE [ALGERIE] : Université Frères Mentouri Constantine, 2014 . - 46 f. ; 30 cm.
